We had our house sold through Muneris. The reason we chose Muneris was the fact that it was a real estate agent 'from the village', in addition to which we had heard positive reports about the office. We experienced that things were indeed good. A serious, honest man who is friendly during contact and also assertive. We would therefore like to recommend Koos from Muneris as a real estate agent with whom you are relieved of worries in a pleasant way. Our house was sold 3 weeks after it appeared on Funda.

We met Koos from Muneris real estate during a viewing as the selling agent. Neat, courteous, honest and we were impressed by his knowledge of the property, the complete brochure, the time he took for us. We didn't buy that property but immediately decided that if we put our house up for sale, we would choose Koos. That’s how it went, a nice person, no fuss, skilled and careful. So we have experienced him in two roles and we don't like those quick guys with bluff and sweet talk, Koos is the opposite. Top collaboration with him, we will definitely choose Koos again next time.
