Van huis naar thuis, wat een ontzorging! Van het allereerste thuisgevoel tot de laatste handtekening en nazorg. Toen we besloten om ons huis te verkopen zochten we niet zomaar een makelaar, maar iemand die met ons meeleefde. Die vonden we bij Anthonise Makelaars in Goes. Vanaf het allereerste kennismakingsgesprek viel de rust en de oprechte passie voor het vak op. Joyce en Ron zijn geen typische "snelle verkopers", maar nemen echt de tijd om jouw thuis te begrijpen; betrokken, deskundig en een feilloos gevoel voor de markt in Middelburg en Goes. Zij voelen aan wat nodig is om een huis eerlijk en persoonlijk te presenteren. De begeleiding tijdens de bezichtigingen verliep hartelijk en professioneel. En we werden continue op de hoogte gehouden. Dankzij de transparante aanpak van Joyce was ons huis snel verkocht. Wat Anthonise echt uniek maakt is de combinatie van makelaardij en zorgvuldig hypotheekadvies. Geen haastwerk of snelle praatjes, maar een adviseur die gedegen onderzoek doet en de tijd neemt om je mee te nemen in de keuzes die er zijn. Zoek je een makelaar die verder kijkt dan cijfers en een deskundig advies geeft, waarbij samenwerking voorop staat dan raden wij Anthonise Makelaars uit Goes van harte aan. Ron en Joyce van Anthonisse Makelaars hebben ons inmiddels 4x geholpen bij de verkoop van onze huizen in het verleden en en 3x bij de aankoop van huizen. Zowel bij de verkoop als bij de aankoop kan je bij deze twee integere professionals vertrouwen op begeleiding en advies op maat. Bij de laatste (bijna) aankoop hadden we zelf een bod uitgebracht, maar bleek in het voorlopige koopcontract behoorlijk wat mis. Verborgen in artikel 20.3, ergens op bladzijde zoveel, in een groot document bleek een alinea te staan waarin stond dat de koper naar eigen inzicht en vergunningsvrij had verbouwd, aangebouwd en gebouwd. Ron advieerde ons om hier navraag naar te doen en dat was maar goed ook. Er bleek een aanbouw en een ander bouwwerk van behoorlijke omvang zonder vergunning te zijn gebouwd. En 'vergunningsvrij' zoals omschreven in de koopovereenkomst is echt wat anders dan 'zonder vergunning'. Er was zelfs gebouwd op gehuurde grond van het waterschap wat beslist geen bouwbestemming had. Ons werd hiermee een berg ellende bespaard want een vergunning hangt samen met het bouwwerk en dit betekent dat de koper volledig aansprakelijk is en dit verjaart nooit, in tegenstelling tot afspraken over erfgrenzen met buren. En in dit specifieke geval kan de gemeente eisen om de niet vergunde bouwwerken af te breken. En ja, het is dan jammer dat er een droom in duigen valt, maar dat is beter dan in een nachtmerrie belanden. Dank jullie wel voor jullie oplettendheid! En ons advies aan andere potentiele kopers: neem deze aankoop (en verkoop)makelaar in de arm. Je verdient bij onderhandeling het geld meer dan terug en er kijken een paar zeer deskundige ogen over je schouder mee! Anne en Mary

I found Joyce very pleasant and people-oriented in her communication. This was particularly nice during the sale of our deceased mother's house. She took our worries out of our hands, gave supportive tips, advised us, and shared her knowledge about procedures, but also went along with our own ideas.
