Through word of mouth, we got the tip to contact Karin, and I was incredibly happy about that. Although we ultimately didn't buy a property through GeuS Makelaars, we did have a viewing arranged through them. Despite her full schedule, she was still able to make last-minute time for us because we came all the way from Rotterdam that day. What I liked was that she gives a very honest account of the property and could tell us a lot about it. She clearly provides insight into what still needs to be done, but also what the possibilities are. The house didn't become 'the one', but Karin remained involved and thought along with us. Thanks to her tips, we eventually found our dream home elsewhere. Karin is an excellent professional: expert, honest, clear in her communication and easily accessible, even with her busy schedule. I do not recommend this agency! We sent many documents, spent a lot of time and money collecting certificates from the banks BRP, BKR and others, and no one arranged for us to view the house or responded that we could not view it.

Het contact met de makelaar was laagdrempelig en altijd goed en professioneel. Geen vraag was te veel en ze waren altijd makkelijk bereikbaar. Hun kennis was goed te merken, ik ben ze nog altijd dankbaar dat ik geluisterd heb naar hun advies of mijn huis was ver onder de prijs verkocht. We zijn verder ook goed begeleidt in het hele proces, hun werkwijze via Move is gemakkelijk en zorgt ervoor dat je niks kan vergeten.
