26 Jun 2025Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with this real estate agent. From the beginning, communication was difficult and agreed-upon appointments were regularly not kept. Questions often remained unanswered, actions only occurred after repeated urging, and we didn't feel that there was genuine consideration for the sales process of our home. Despite several conversations and agreements, we saw no structural improvement. Ultimately, we decided to withdraw the property from sale and switch to another real estate agent. We are aware that start-up costs are not reimbursed by many real estate agents, but given the lack of quality provided, we would at least have expected some form of compensation or goodwill. Unfortunately, we received no response to this. All in all, a very disappointing journey for us. We hope that our feedback is used to improve service to future clients.

You assessed my house at 183,000 in 2020 and after a dispute resolution committee with Hoogedeure, Synchro and Dingemanse, the amount came out to 195,000. Before involving the dispute resolution committee, I tried to get an explanation via email of your calculations and whether you might want to re-evaluate them. However, I received an answer that the people involved were on vacation. So then I involved the dispute resolution committee. I could live with that outcome but because you didn't do your job properly, it cost me 1.5x appraisal costs. I still have all email correspondence. I am willing to publish something or other if you still don’t believe me?
