Boot kwam al meteen met een duidelijke aanpak van hoe ze onze woning met b&b op de markt wilden zetten in tegenstelling tot de makelaar die we hiervoor hadden, het was een verademing om een makelaar te hebben die zich verdiept in het object en kijkt waar de meeste potentie zit, iemand die de markt begrijpt en ook ons begrijpt, het was/is een hele fijne samenwerking

Het contact en de verkoop verliepen beide prima en zoals afgesproken. Ondanks dat wij tijdens de verkoop in een andere tijdzone zaten was dit geen enkel probleem en werd hier ook rekening mee gehouden.

Ik had een goed en open contact met de makelaar. Ik werd goed op de hoogte gehouden van het proces. De foto's die gemaakt zijn waren erg mooi en duidelijk. Als ik vragen had kon ik altijd terecht.

Boot didn't sell my house in a month, I got the strong impression that it was sabotaged because of my sexual orientation. A lot of sloppy work was done. For example, initially the text from another house appeared in my brochure. Incorrect features, to my disadvantage, and my advertisement went behind the planter box at the bottom of the door. Where no one looks anymore. I was told not to complain too much and be impatient. I stopped using them. A new real estate agent on the island sold my house within 2 weeks. Without asking for the standard start-up costs (€595!). I had to pay that for this sloppy work under protest. Boot is the only one who charges that extra fee here on the island. You have been warned!

Having our house appraised through this broker. Countless errors in the appraisal report. Responses are dismissive. Never been helped so unprofessionally and unfavorably. People pay a considerable amount for a service, then one would expect that service to be carried out correctly. Not recommended if you need a report for serious matters. Fortunately, for us it wasn't a problem regarding the financing of the renovation.

Recently had my house appraised by Boot makaars. The assignment was well below standard and performed unprofessionally. The realtor is not open to discussion on this matter, let alone taking responsibility for delivering substandard work. They hide behind an agreement that must be signed before the start of the assignment. The website suggests they strive for always satisfied (seller)s and that they work honestly and professionally. Unfortunately, there's little evidence of this in practice.
