That prevents disappointments or another expectation pattern with potential interested viewers. We sold the house in a record time of 10 days at a market-conforming price to a nice buyer. Without this realtor, we would never have managed it within this timeframe and for this price. I can wholeheartedly recommend the team of BOOT Makelaars Kortgene to everyone. Date unknownBoot didn't sell my house in a month, I got the strong impression that it was sabotaged because of my sexual orientation. A lot of sloppy work was done. For example, initially the text from another house appeared in my brochure. Incorrect features, to my disadvantage, and my advertisement went behind the planter box at the bottom of the door. Where no one looks anymore. I was told not to complain too much and be impatient. I stopped using them. A new real estate agent on the island sold my house within 2 weeks. Without asking for the standard start-up costs (€595!). I had to pay that for this sloppy work under protest. Boot is the only one who charges that extra fee here on the island. You have been warned!

Dear Bob, we're sorry you experienced it that way. Unfortunately, at the time your property came for sale, there was a prolonged nationwide outage on Funda which caused several things to go wrong. We adjusted what we could; further, we were unfortunately dependent on a solution that took some time but eventually arrived. There is absolutely no question of sabotage for any reason whatsoever; it should be clear that something like that does not align with our working methods.

26 Jun 2025Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with this real estate agent. From the beginning, communication was difficult and agreed-upon appointments were regularly not kept. Questions often remained unanswered, actions only occurred after repeated urging, and we didn't feel that there was genuine consideration for the sales process of our home. Despite several conversations and agreements, we saw no structural improvement. Ultimately, we decided to withdraw the property from sale and switch to another real estate agent. We are aware that start-up costs are not reimbursed by many real estate agents, but given the lack of quality provided, we would at least have expected some form of compensation or goodwill. Unfortunately, we received no response to this. All in all, a very disappointing journey for us. We hope that our feedback is used to improve service to future clients.

However, Annet forgot some degree of professionalism in communication. Also, she became too absorbed in her own view of the property and forgot the goal of the buying party. The selling party was additionally put under considerable pressure to respond to a proposal by 17:00 hours on the same working day. Ultimately, the goal is not to have one's own vision and exert pressure, but to reach a good and appropriate deal regarding buyer and seller. Annet may be unable to adequately pursue this as a purchasing agent. Concluding, not recommended

Ultimately, it turned out that a slightly lower price did lead to a sale. You're strung along for days, have to send everything about yourself from pay stubs to almost the color of your underwear, just to hear nonchalantly that they chose someone else after all. Why all the effort? Why give people false hope and let them wait endlessly while you apparently had someone else in mind all along? Pure contempt for the time and energy of others. Professional? Absolutely not. Human? Even less so. In short: avoid this realtor if you want to keep your self-respect.

Edit May 7, 2024: I won't delete anything because you did indeed fail me. My last name is not Apellido so I will indeed not appear in your system. You assessed my house at 183,000 in 2020 and after a dispute resolution committee with Hoogedeure, Synchro and Dingemanse, the amount came out to 195,000. Before involving the dispute resolution committee, I tried to get an explanation via email of your calculations and whether you might want to re-evaluate them. However, I received an answer that the people involved were on vacation. So then I involved the dispute resolution committee. I could live with that outcome but because you didn't do your job properly, it cost me 1.5x appraisal costs. I still have all email correspondence. I am willing to publish something or other if you still don’t believe me?
