08 Aug 2024Boot kreeg mijn huis niet verkocht in een maand tijd, kreeg sterk de indruk dat er gesaboteerd werd vanwege mijn geaardheid. Veel prutswerk geleverd. Zo stond er in mijn brochure aanvankelijk de tekst van een ander huis bij. Verkeerde kenmerken, in mijn nadeel en ging mijn advertentie achter de plantenbak onderaan de deur. Waar niemand meer kijkt. Ik moest maar niet teveel zeuren en ongeduldig zijn. Ik stopte met ze. Nieuwe makelaar op eiland kreeg mijn huis binnen 2 weken verkocht. Zonder te vragen naar de standaard opstartkosten (€595!). Die was ik wel kwijt aan dit prutswerk en heb ik onder protest toch moeten betalen. Boot is de enige die dat extra rekent hier op het eiland. U bent gewaarschuwd!

Beste Bob, jammer dat je het zo ervaren hebt. Helaas was er op het moment dat uw woning in de verkoop kwam een langdurige landelijke storing op Funda waardoor er een aantal zaken niet goed gingen. We hebben wat kon aangepast, verder waren wij op dat moment helaas afhankelijk van een oplossing die even op zich liet wachten maar er later gekomen is. Van sabotage om welke reden dan ook is absoluut geen sprake, het mag duidelijk zijn dat zoiets dergelijks niet bij onze werkwijze past.

Naast de wens van anderen om een zo hoog mogelijke waardering voor de woning te krijgen, was het voor ons belangrijk om een realistische actuele inschatting van de makelaar te hebben. De heer Sander Sinac was erg vriendelijk, nam de tijd tijdens de eerste bezichtiging en gaf ons uitstekend advies tijdens het gesprek. De verkoper neemt uiteindelijk de beslissing, zei hij keer op keer. De advertentie na de ingebruikname via Boot Marklers en de presentatie via internet waren uitstekend! De algemene steun liet niets te wensen over. Geïnteresseerden, maar ook nieuwsgierige toeschouwers, konden ons vakantiehuis in het Korenbloempark van alle kanten bekijken. Er werd zelfs een video en een 360 graden-weergave van het vakantiehuis en pand gepubliceerd. Er bleven geen wensen onvervuld. In tegenstelling tot hun onwetende mening konden de buren ook een eerste indruk krijgen van de uitstekende staat waarin het vakantiehuis verkeerde! (We werden bevestigd door de absolute tevredenheid van de nieuwe eigenaren.) Potentiële kopers werden al na korte tijd uitgenodigd en konden bij de makelaar ter plaatse een indruk krijgen. We werden altijd op de hoogte gehouden en de heer Sinac stond altijd voor ons klaar. Een koper met onze prijsverwachtingen werd snel gevonden. Voor een probleemloze verkoop kunnen wij Boot Marklers alleen maar aanbevelen. Wij hadden geen baan en moesten alleen bij de notaris verschijnen. Ga zo door, jullie zijn een geweldig team.
