Group chat via WhatsApp is also easy. Simply good service, good advice and very customer-focused. Reasonable commission. One point for criticism, communication regarding viewings could be a little better. A cancelled viewing appointment was sometimes not visible on the Move website or wasn't passed on via the WhatsApp group chat. But otherwise very satisfied with M2 Makelaars!

They think along with you, remain calm and try to reassure you when you, as a seller, are tense. Even when I was looking for another property, I experienced that they think along with you and do their utmost to find a home that meets your wishes. The sale of my house went very smoothly. I really liked that after a viewing, they let me know how the viewing had gone via a personal video message. M2 real estate agent did well because my house was sold within a short time!😊

Through word of mouth, we got the tip to contact Karin, and I was incredibly happy about that. Although we ultimately didn't buy a property through GeuS Makelaars, we did have a viewing arranged through them. Despite her full schedule, she was still able to make last-minute time for us because we came all the way from Rotterdam that day. What I liked was that she gives a very honest account of the property and could tell us a lot about it. She clearly provides insight into what still needs to be done, but also what the possibilities are. The house didn't become 'the one', but Karin remained involved and thought along with us. Thanks to her tips, we eventually found our dream home elsewhere. Karin is an excellent professional: expert, honest, clear in her communication and easily accessible, even with her busy schedule. Date unknownI was interested in a rental property and for that, I provided my entire baptismal certificate to this real estate agent. They even had the audacity to ask me how much I spent on energy costs and weekly groceries! Nothing done for me, mistakes were made, and ultimately they stopped responding. The property remained listed on Funda for months. Luckily, the owner entrusted the property to another real estate agent and I was able to rent the property, which means a great deal to me for various reasons, within a week, even at a lower rental price! Reham has served their purpose and apparently did not serve the owner of the property either, as they switched to another real estate agent. UPDATE: The real estate agent in question contacted me by phone and clarified things. They also apologized for what went wrong. I appreciate that. My position regarding the treatment I received remains unchanged unfortunately. Hopefully, someone has learned something from this.

Despite 'all understanding' and the 'thanks for engaging in conversation', and the promise 'to contact me as soon as possible', no contact was made. In contrast to my experience with Reham, I did keep an eye on my phone, even for missed calls. Apparently, it was a false promise that Reham made. Below is my review from 6 months ago: It would be good if they responded to their emails and kept me, as the landlord, informed about the status of an advertisement which I expected to be published. A month ago, photos were taken in my apartment, but (as it was told) these were not sufficiently publishable. My current tenant had apparently not prepared it well enough. But I heard nothing from Reham about this, and even after emailing several times, I received no response. I also called the landline number a few times (the only number I could find on the Reham website). Response: I haven't seen any missed calls, I've been busy, you only (!) emailed twice, it is your right to disagree with this, (what a condescending put-down) and I don’t want to discuss it further. What a terrible story. Instead of thinking along and informing me, someone makes me wait for a month until I had to contact another department again, to then have to hear such a story. Due to this negligence, I lost rental income. What super bad service!
