Enthusiastically signed up for a nice house, we immediately entered our preferred date and time on the website after 1 day, which was also open for viewing. We received a response that our viewing had been scheduled for another time, which was not possible for us due to our irregular working hours, as we had indicated. Subsequently, an unpleasant reaction that nothing could be changed and that we were removed from the list, what a turn-off.. Customer-oriented and customer-friendly ws. never heard of. We will no longer do business with Van Dijk Real Estate in Waarde.

When it came to a property offered by van Dijk, a financial report from the advisor was requested, after which an appointment could be scheduled on a fixed day. This is what we did, as others also had to wait some time before the viewing could take place. There were only photos of the property, not even a floor plan, which we would only see after the viewing. Four days before the viewings were to take place, the viewings were cancelled with a general email. The property had already been sold, for a bid and to people who, according to the sellers, had nice plans for the property. When we sent them an email about this, stating that we did not find this fair, as we had after all waited and would have liked to present our plans (perhaps we would have wanted to make an even higher offer) and were not informed of this, so we felt treated unfairly and disadvantaged in the sale, we received a very unpleasant email back. We would be the only ones who would have reacted like this and apparently some people deal with disappointment differently than others. We found that comment downright insulting. And very unprofessional. Especially to treat potential customers like this. 04-08 Given the response given to this review, in which I apparently even get accused of acting ugly, says enough. I contacted the real estate agency, stating that I did not find their actions and communication fair. Apparently Ms. Van Dijk can only deal nicely with positive reactions.

Both the buying and selling party wanted to have the purchase settled quickly. Nevertheless, it ultimately took much longer than necessary. Due to (according to Van Dijk) 'unforeseen' circumstances while later it appears that these problems were already known and could have been resolved. Costs of preparing the purchase contract (with a notary because they cannot do this themselves) were 'accidentally' offset against us. Reaction: the financing was arranged very quickly. But indeed, it could have been arranged even faster if there had been a preliminary purchase agreement. The delay certainly wasn't due to us! And we did indeed not pay the costs for the deed because we indicated that OURSELVES.
