15 Aug 2025We got to know Sandra as the sales broker for our new home in Yerseke. The sanitary facilities, the floor and the kitchen of this property were dated and Sandra was very honest about that. She took plenty of time for a viewing, helped us see the potential the house has. She approached us in a very pleasant, personal and warm way. We really get the impression that she goes one step further than an average broker. A personal text message, sending photos of the purchased house, photographing the handover moment… It’s just that she was already our sales broker otherwise we would have gladly asked her to be our purchasing broker.

15 Apr 2025As the purchasing party, we were also very well guided by Sandra. This started already during the viewing. Sandra was honest and took plenty of time to show everything. Afterwards, she also took the time to sit with us viewers and go through everything about the property, gave us some tips and reassured us. As soon as she knew that we were going to be the buyers of the house, she called us directly, even on a Saturday evening. In the further process, she was also available for all questions. She is there not only for you, if she works for you, but really for everyone involved.

Enthusiastically signed up for a nice house, we immediately entered our preferred date and time on the website after 1 day, which was also open for viewing. We received a response that our viewing had been scheduled for another time, which was not possible for us due to our irregular working hours, as we had indicated. Subsequently, an unpleasant reaction that nothing could be changed and that we were removed from the list, what a turn-off.. Customer-oriented and customer-friendly ws. never heard of. We will no longer do business with Van Dijk Real Estate in Waarde.

15 Oct 2024During our house search, we ended up at one of the houses that Sandra had for sale. We had already heard from people in the area that the contact was very personal and generally only positive experiences. This certainly proved to be true when we came for the viewing of the house where we now live. Sandra takes time for the viewing, from a thorough tour to still having a conversation around the table to discuss how we found it. Compared to other experiences with other real estate agents, this was very good and pleasant. Time is taken for you and you can ask all the questions you want. It's not just a quick tour and then leaving. Also, during the period before we could have the transfer, we could always contact her if necessary, which was also very nice. The contact was personal even during the ‘business’ conversations. It was simply pleasant, personal, and nice. We would definitely choose Sandra again if it should be necessary.

15 Oct 2024About 2.5 months ago, I contacted Sandra to ask if she could assist us with the purchase of a specific property in the municipality of Reimerswaal. However, we were already at such an advanced stage that Sandra indicated it would no longer make sense to engage her as a buyer's agent. Despite this, she gave us very valuable tips free of charge and thanks to her advice, we were able to complete the purchase. Although I hope to live in the new home for many years, Sandra will be my first choice if the time ever comes that we want to sell the property again. To date, no response has been received to this request. In my opinion, it is also not pleasant for the selling private individual if you miss out on a potential candidate. Concluding, not the service you would expect from a realtor.

We would like to explain this, as the described situation does not entirely match reality. Your initial request via Funda was received by us. You were subsequently contacted by telephone, but we did not receive an answer. Subsequently, contact was made directly with you by email. We did not receive a response from your side to either the missed phone call or our email. More than a month later, we received another request from you. During this second contact moment, one of our back-office employees spoke to you on the phone. It was explained that the property in question had already been withdrawn from sale. Shortly thereafter, you were called again by the real estate agent himself and the situation was personally explained. We always strive for correct and timely communication with all interested parties. In this case, we have acted to the best of our ability within the possibilities at that time. And I can’t shake the impression that he suffers from subjectivity. 'It's not just about money, but about feeling,' according to his website. It doesn't state though that it can also be a terrible feeling. Be warned!

However, Annet forgot some degree of professionalism in communication. Also, she became too absorbed in her own view of the property and forgot the goal of the buying party. The selling party was additionally put under considerable pressure to respond to a proposal by 17:00 hours on the same working day. Ultimately, the goal is not to have one's own vision and exert pressure, but to reach a good and appropriate deal regarding buyer and seller. Annet may be unable to adequately pursue this as a purchasing agent. Concluding, not recommended

Date unknownWow, it's really special how this real estate agency handled things. A house is for sale for a month, then an open day. We were incredibly enthusiastic, we wouldn’t hide that either but couldn’t make it on that day. Appointment set for 4 days later. No problem. We were happy and wanted to bid high if the house was what we expected. Asking price €299k. We had plenty of room. They are not beginners. Then suddenly we see an email pop up saying the house is sold subject to conditions. Story finish..ten einde, just done. But excuse me? We were still going to view it. We didn't even get a personal appointment cancellation. These aren’t classy things. Huh… we were seriously surprised. Firstly because it wasn’t handled kosher. But secondly, honestly? These people could have gotten so much more money out of their little house. Lol.. Dumb, dumb, dumb.. This realtor is not trustworthy. Very strange turn of events. Pretending like their nose was bleeding, that it's a normal course of business, and now they’re shielding with, yes the resident wanted this. Well if that resident had known there was still 1 new very enthusiastic buyer coming to view who wouldn’t blink at a bid. Ai.... Yuck! That’s not how you do business. We’ll find our new little house anyway, it'll be fine. But this firm… so not classy. ÷ Read response, I can go back and respond on many points. Beautiful story you make of it. Things didn’t go kosher. Sellers are delighted they sold and don’t know any better, are happy with what they got out of it. We were supposedly part of Saturday's group. Had a personal conversation about it over the phone. We were still going to join in at the last minute. Let’s say the sellers missed out on thousands of euros. I’ll leave it at that. My fingers are itching. It will become a tit-for-tat game. I’m going to end up shortchanged anyway. I wish you a nice day.

We understand that it must be frustrating to hear that a property had already been sold subject to contract before you could have a viewing, especially in a market that is currently tight. We take that feeling of disappointment very seriously. Regarding the sales procedure, we want to emphasize that we ensured everyone was given a fair chance. The property was for sale for over 5 weeks, we work 7 days a week until late at night, the property participated in an open house and the bid log was available online for everyone to make an offer. This made it possible for the sellers to reach an agreement for your viewing. Our client is extremely happy with the sale. You will soon be able to see this reflected in their review. We informed you that the scheduled viewing could no longer take place, and that if the sale did not go through we would inform you directly, as we have done with other interested parties. Although we communicated this via email, I understand that a personal phone call might have been preferable. This may have alleviated some of the disappointment and is something we will take into account as a learning point for the future. However, we believe that this sale has gone smoothly and in a humane manner. We would like to thank you again for your interest in the property and hope that you will soon find the home of your dreams. That will undoubtedly be alright.

Neat, courteous, honest and we were impressed by his knowledge of the property, the complete brochure, the time he took for us. We didn't buy that property but immediately decided that if we put our house up for sale, we would choose Koos. That’s how it went, a nice person, no fuss, skilled and careful. So we have experienced him in two roles and we don't like those quick guys with bluff and sweet talk, Koos is the opposite. Top collaboration with him, we will definitely choose Koos again next time.

The reason we chose Muneris was the fact that it was a real estate agent 'from the village', in addition to which we had heard positive reports about the office. We experienced that things were indeed good. A serious, honest man who is friendly during contact and also assertive. We would therefore like to recommend Koos from Muneris as a real estate agent with whom you are relieved of worries in a pleasant way. Our house was sold 3 weeks after it appeared on Funda.
