To date, no response has been received to this request. In my opinion, it is also not pleasant for the selling private individual if you miss out on a potential candidate. Concluding, not the service you would expect from a realtor.

We would like to explain this, as the described situation does not entirely match reality. Your initial request via Funda was received by us. You were subsequently contacted by telephone, but we did not receive an answer. Subsequently, contact was made directly with you by email. We did not receive a response from your side to either the missed phone call or our email. More than a month later, we received another request from you. During this second contact moment, one of our back-office employees spoke to you on the phone. It was explained that the property in question had already been withdrawn from sale. Shortly thereafter, you were called again by the real estate agent himself and the situation was personally explained. We always strive for correct and timely communication with all interested parties. In this case, we have acted to the best of our ability within the possibilities at that time.
