Date unknownThe goal was achieved, selling the house. The first advisory meeting went well, but then it started... I could write a whole book here with text and explanation, but nobody would read that anyway. But here are a few points that I actually find unacceptable. - The photographer canceled 5 minutes before the appointment without any consequences... I shouldn't have tried.. - On Friday, no work is actually done (my real estate agent certainly wasn't) - During the viewings, incorrect information is given to the viewers. And even in a tone where I would think 'who are you working for?!' The house was half-trashed... - A video with presentation/walkthrough was included in the package, but it ultimately became just a simple video without a presentation... - Proactivity and communication could have been better, this did improve towards the end - Several CR real estate agents came by who actually didn't know anything about the house and therefore couldn't provide any incorrect or no information to the viewers - Often no immediate update regarding the viewings (only the next day when I asked for it) this was later improved - The motivation letter that was sent with a bid wasn't even forwarded to me. I only heard and read about it later from the buyers. - And then the house is finally sold... and you get a bottle of cheap prosecco as a gift instead of real champagne like with other real estate agents.... and they also don't go along to the notary to handle everything properly, or to ensure that it is handled correctly. All in all..the goal is achieved, the house is sold and for a selling price where I am still somewhat satisfied, but how this went was really dramatic.

The intake with Coen and Lisa was pleasant and what Coen predicted regarding sales and price came true exactly. Our house was sold within a week. We can recommend C&R due to the good communication, transparency and exceptional knowledge of the local market.

It is true that we contacted you following another review you posted regarding the purchase of your home at the end of 2021/beginning of 2022, in which we were the selling real estate agent. Of course, it is unfortunate that something was not to your liking in the property you purchased; however, this is separate from the sales process / service (we are the selling real estate agent in this case). It was very nice that they always made time to accompany us during viewings and were open about their opinions regarding the visited house. Placing bids was also very pleasant, having a sparring partner who understands the housing market slightly better. Once we finally succeeded, I found it great that they accompanied us during the final inspection. Without them, I would certainly have searched for much longer.
