Recently a house was put up for sale, we immediately reacted positively. Received an email that the house had already been sold, but the message turned out to have been sent due to a system error. Afterwards, we received a message asking if we were still interested(?). We called the real estate agent because we were certainly very interested in this house. Then we heard that there were so many interested parties that we were placed on a waiting list. We expressed our astonishment; we were one of the first to respond, but due to a system error with this real estate agent, we missed out. We do not consider this a fair, customer-focused approach. Despite discussing this with the real estate agent, we did not get a place in the viewing round. We are very disappointed with this attitude from a real estate agent whom we trusted.
