We hebben Ceriel leren kennen tijdens een bezichtiging van een woning en eigenlijk wisten we toen meteen: hij mag ons huis gaan verkopen. Tijdens die eerste kennismaking werden we vriendelijk en ontspannen te woord gestaan. Er werd ruim de tijd voor ons genomen, zonder mooie praatjes of poeha, gewoon eerlijk en helder. Dat gaf direct vertrouwen. Tijdens het verkoopproces hebben we geen moment spijt gehad van die keuze. We werden door Ceriel en Marion heel goed begeleid. Ze stonden altijd klaar voor onze vragen en hielpen ons door dit spannende traject heen. Voor elke bezichtiging werd uitgebreid de tijd genomen en ze verkochten ons huis precies zoals het is: eerlijk en transparant. Naast de verkoop hebben ze ons ook uitstekend geadviseerd bij de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning. 18 Jan 2026We zijn erg tevreden over Spaaij Makelaars. De communicatie was heel persoonlijk en bij vragen kregen wij snel reactie van Ceriel en Marion. Dit ook zelfs wat later in de avond of het weekend kregen wij antwoord op onze vragen via de groepsapp of telefonisch. Wat ook erg fijn was bij het maken van de foto's voor de verkoop dat ze er beide bij waren. Na de bezichtigingen kregen wij ook gelijk een terugkoppeling. Een huis verkopen voor de eerste keer was spannend,maar ze stelden ons ook erg gerust. Wij kunnen deze makelaar zeker aanbevelen! Zo positief ervaren!

They give everyone the time to look around, it's not necessarily 30 minutes looking and then leaving. We were super well helped from day 1 with the sale of our house. They are very involved in the entire process themselves. Whether someone needed to come for photos, an appraisal or a building inspection, they were present everywhere. Also, Ceriel and Marion provide clarity on what needs to be done and maintain pleasant contact via WhatsApp. Whenever we had a question, there was an immediate answer, it didn't matter if it was during the day, in the evening or at the weekend. Which is very nice when you are selling a house for the first time. We would recommend everyone to have your house sold by this fantastic DUO.

They really take the time for you and listen carefully to your wishes and nothing is too much for them. Also very important! They are both super enthusiastic during viewings. 16 Aug 2025We chose the services of Pierre after we bought a house that he had for sale. His tour of that house was so good that we also wanted him to sell our house. We have not regretted this: open, honest and respectful communication. Always very friendly. Perfect guidance through all steps of the process. Pierre gets the best out of it for the seller, but is also always good for the buyer. All in all, we would recommend Pierre to everyone.
