Wow, it's really special how this real estate agency handled things. A house is for sale for a month, then an open day. We were incredibly enthusiastic, we wouldn’t hide that either but couldn’t make it on that day. Appointment set for 4 days later. No problem. We were happy and wanted to bid high if the house was what we expected. Asking price €299k. We had plenty of room. They are not beginners. Then suddenly we see an email pop up saying the house is sold subject to conditions. Story finish..ten einde, just done. But excuse me? We were still going to view it. We didn't even get a personal appointment cancellation. These aren’t classy things. Huh… we were seriously surprised. Firstly because it wasn’t handled kosher. But secondly, honestly?
