Zeer hartelijk, persoonlijke adviezen, je bent geen nummer, snelle inzet, perfecte foto's, goede kennis van zaken. Ons huis was binnen 14 dagen verkocht. Een makelaar die 200 % achter zijn werk staat, eerlijke adviezen en prijzen opgeeft. Vragen ten allen tijde beantwoord. Kortom: Zoekt u een betrouwbare makelaar? Bij Harthoorn is uw huis in zeer goede handen.

Beste Carstien, Destijds stond deze woning bij mij in de verkoop en heeft u de woning in een vrije wilsovereenstemming gekocht met ontbindende voorwaarden van maar liefst 9 weken. Per mail 14-07-2018 heeft u mij bericht de verkopers lieve mensen te vinden en enthousiast te zijn over het huis. Het was destijds een gedateerde woning met enig achterstallig onderhoud. Op al deze aspecten die ik als makelaar waar kon nemen en wetenschap van had, bent u gewezen. Door omstandigheden heeft u in 2019 besloten de woning in de verkoop te zetten waarbij u mij als makelaar hebt gekozen. Voorts heeft u besloten in de woning te blijven wonen tot op heden. Dus uw reactie ‘eerlijkheid duurt het langst’ en ‘dat nooit meer’ kan ik niet plaatsen. Wel begrijp ik uit uw reactie dat u een eerder genomen besluit betreurt. Dat is spijtig maar daar kan ik helaas niets aan veranderen. Ook begrijp ik dat het geheel onderhoud nodig heeft. Dat is nu eenmaal bij ieder huis zo en is mij niet toe te rekenen. Jammer dat u een respectabele vrijstaande woning een bouwval noemt. U doet daarmee uw eigen bezit tekort.
