The contact with Peter went smoothly and quickly (also informal quick switching on the app) and the sales approach suits the current time. Good use of social media. For the viewings, well informed beforehand and afterwards about the visits and this created clear expectations towards all those involved. In the conversations, Peter gave good advice for the sale and you notice that the question 'How do I put this property in the best possible picture?' is central. Recommended!

Good and reliable real estate agent who knows what he's doing. Very friendly staff where you can go with all your questions and get an immediate answer. Our house was sold quickly, even during vacation time. Super satisfied.

Just good, knows where it's about

Bad experience with this realtor, if you're looking for a realtor, look further :) During the viewing, it was said and demonstrated that the bathroom ventilation worked, the bathroom was leaking and this would be resolved through insurance. The bathroom has been fixed, and in the week of key handover you find out that the bathroom ventilation doesn't work, you let them know and Mr. says it never worked. Conclusion is that you pretend it works, the sale is complete and then say no, it never worked. A bit of a strange situation, after which the realtor also stops responding to any form of contact.

Expert and quality real estate agent

Good contact with the employees. We bought a house through this real estate agent and also sold our old house through them. It felt right immediately and we had confidence in them. This trust proved to be justified and we look back on a pleasant collaboration where there was clear communication. They were easily accessible and we could turn to them for questions. That made it less stressful for us, which buying and selling a house always is.

Avoid doing business with Nijsingh Avies to prevent hassle! Steven Nijsingh states on his website that he provides legal advice but is also a real estate agent and is active as such, however, because he is not affiliated with the NVM or another professional association, you have nowhere to turn in case of a dispute. The negative review likely comes from another victimized client. The positive reviews come from his family and a construction company that Steven does business with, namely Wrotters. I also find the latter dubious, especially since Steven charges a commission for bringing in building assignments without the customer hearing or seeing it, let alone having insight into it on request (I also wonder if this is legally permitted). In short, my advice is to stay away from Steven Nijsingh.

Ideally, I just wanted them to have a rental property for me; where else would I go? It would be so lovely.

Very disappointing experience with Hoekstra Makelaardij (Joure). After reaching an agreement on 25 April regarding the price and matters for takeover, all communication ceased. Appointments for inspection and appraisal were postponed, and the preliminary purchase agreement did not materialize due to vague excuses. On May 7th, it turned out that negotiations were being conducted with another party behind our backs. No transparency about anything happening, just a disrespectful rejection. We were knowingly used as a sledgehammer to achieve a higher price. Good for the seller but extremely unprofessional and unethical, and therefore a disgrace to the profession. At Hoekstra, buyers are pawns on the brokerage's chessboard. We will avoid houses from this realtor going forward.

Terrible how this party can show absolutely no compassion towards their customers. And they are too lazy to help their customers and look at the possibilities…. Then you try to make contact and sometimes have to wait 2 weeks for a response. Apart from that, the rented apartments are certainly good but very expensive compared to almost identical apartments in the area. The price is getting more and more expensive every time.

Generally, everything went well. After some issues, everything proceeded as desired and everyone was on the same page again.

If it is indicated in advance that you must have a permanent contract to be able to rent. That saves a lot of time, money and disappointment. 'for your 10 others' unprofessional.

Very bad experience with this real estate agent in the purchase of new construction. The agent did not take us seriously and did not follow up on questions correctly or incompletely. For example, questions about adjusting a window to a door were not checked with the builder. We (and other buyers) were told that this was possible. Once at the builder, it turns out that this is not possible and that Hoekstra Real Estate also never checked this. False promises therefore.

Bought a house at the beginning of this year, but unfortunately we now have a leak. Called several times but they don't respond and then promise to help you, but that never happens!

Always exciting when your house comes on the market. Fortunately, the house was sold within 6 weeks. The real estate agent was clear and transparent.

Had a pleasant collaboration. Good coordination of viewings and the result is to our satisfaction.
