26 Sep 2025Regarding project 'Beautiful Noordwolde', I cannot describe their approach any differently than: - Unreliable; - Misleading; - Careless; - Sloppy; - Slow. Withholds information and lies, for example, about the large garden. Gardens that border on the ditch / main waterway come out very unfavorably. From the ditch goes 5 m of garden away. Half, then. You are expected to pay for these meters including the meters of the talus against a cost price of build-ready land. You only pay €42000,- for land that you have to maintain and with which you cannot do anything and may not even put up a fence. In our first conversation, we specifically asked how many meters would go from the garden. His answer: takes into account about 2 meters. You can place a few mobile planters there. Okay, that is still acceptable for us. When we wanted to buy the house (subject to financing), we received additional documents and of course the purchase contract. From this it became clear that we had been misled. It was a conscious choice not to provide all documents in advance. They play on your emotions and make clever use of them. When we confronted him with this, he lied about everything. This explains why so many interested parties drop out. This is just one argument. The rest I will leave aside otherwise the message becomes too long 🤨 Additionally, the cost price per square meter is not transparent in comparison to the other plots. Ultimately, we decided against the purchase.

After the buyer indicated that they wanted to buy the house, we actually heard nothing more from the real estate agent. Later it turned out that the prepared contract did not comply with the regulations and the buyer's notary had to deal with this.

10 Dec 2024Looking for a personal, expert real estate agent who ensures a smooth process? Look no further! De Linde Makelaar was the real estate agent of the selling party, not our own agent. But we haven't seen such a dramatically bad real estate agent before. And since we have bought houses several times, we’ve seen quite a bit. We experienced De Linde Makelaar as: - Impersonal: De Linde Makelaar was not present at the property viewing, nor at any other time (such as during the transfer of ownership or inspection). - Inaccurate: information on Funda was incorrect (deviating VVE costs); incorrect names were repeatedly listed in official documents; corrections were rarely implemented in one go. - Unreliable: response times and call appointments were not kept. - Unskilled: due to poor guidance of the selling party, we had to postpone the agreed-upon delivery by two weeks at the last moment. - Inflexible: De Linde acted very inflexibly during the period between the agreed transfer of ownership and the (delayed by them) delivery date. The result was a lot of frustration, annoyance, delay and extra costs. Out of sheer desperation, we contacted the sellers directly. They turned out to be, in contrast to the real estate agent, particularly accessible, flexible and cooperative. We now have a beautiful home. But in the process leading up to it, De Linde Makelaar caused us sleepless nights. We advise everyone who wants to buy or sell a property to go with another real estate agent. Or otherwise not take an agent.

22 Jan 2022When I called to schedule a viewing, I waited 20 min. on hold after which I was disconnected. I called again and waited another time. When I finally got through to them, I said that I had been waiting a long time and before I could finish my sentence, the lady, in a certain tone, said: “we are busy, the phone is glowing red.” I finished my sentence and said that the connection was dropped after 20 min. To which she replied, with a slightly sarcastic tone: “That’s annoying”. I asked if I could view the property and the answer was short: “No, that's not possible anymore”. And we hung up. I found the whole experience so unsettling, especially the tone, that I am taking the trouble to write a review about it.
