The next day, our realtor was called again to hear that the house had suddenly been sold to someone else. Legally, it might be possible and permissible, but I don't consider it a proper way of doing business. A man is a man, a word is a word.

Sorry ... even in this time of easy sales, we can sell due to limited supply and high demand. Our response to the reaction: in our experience, we did not react really late, but because there was great interest, the viewings were already fully booked. And that is just a pity. Dear Ger, that is not the correct representation of things. We guided approximately 30 viewers around the property in question. These viewers are not all registered as seekers. They also respond via social media and through Funda. Unfortunately, your reaction was too late for this property, namely at a time when viewings could no longer be scheduled. This was done in consultation with our client. We are sorry that we were unable to help you with this property. It was also very extreme here with so many reactions. Hopefully it will work out with the next property. And using a search service (free and non-binding) does indeed help to receive the offer a little earlier. Of course, we are also willing to explain the above personally.

Second sale was not optimal, poor start, little information provided, careless. Our purchase went downright badly, mediocre viewing, questionnaire not filled in truthfully, many (dubious) points. Ronald comes across as friendly and skilled, but his work often leaves much to be desired, and he tries to brush off problems with very simple tests. 29 Dec 2024On Monday we bought a house, on Tuesday afternoon we called Marrit and she made sure that Jan came to our home on Wednesday. Due to the short lines at Hofstee, our house was already photographed for sale by Friday. After approval from our side regarding the photos, the video, and the accompanying text, our house was already placed on Funda for the following weekend. Having had multiple viewings in a week, we saw the bids on Monday. We are convinced that Jan's open and pleasant attitude during the viewings and Marrit's always alert and attentive attitude at the office ensured that we were able to sell our house to great satisfaction.
