She was always present at the evening lessons and, when necessary, braved the 2.5-hour commute for them. 04 Sep 2024You can expect a realistic view of the housing market and practical advice from Jannie Keizer and her colleagues. Like a tiger, Jannie strives to get the best out of a sale. The nice thing is that there are no barriers to asking or submitting anything to Jannie or the employees. A downside was that some appointments, such as callbacks, sometimes got lost in translation, but it was also a hectic time, because our house was sold within 14 days.

Therefore, the sales process could sometimes be quite complex. That required extra effort from us as well as the real estate agent. Date unknownRegarding project 'Beautiful Noordwolde', I cannot describe their approach any differently than: - Unreliable; - Misleading; - Careless; - Sloppy; - Slow. Withholds information and lies, for example, about the large garden. Gardens that border on the ditch / main waterway come out very unfavorably. From the ditch goes 5 m of garden away. Half, then. You are expected to pay for these meters including the meters of the talus against a cost price of build-ready land. You only pay €42000,- for land that you have to maintain and with which you cannot do anything and may not even put up a fence. In our first conversation, we specifically asked how many meters would go from the garden. His answer: takes into account about 2 meters. You can place a few mobile planters there. Okay, that is still acceptable for us. When we wanted to buy the house (subject to financing), we received additional documents and of course the purchase contract. From this it became clear that we had been misled. It was a conscious choice not to provide all documents in advance. They play on your emotions and make clever use of them. When we confronted him with this, he lied about everything. This explains why so many interested parties drop out. This is just one argument. The rest I will leave aside otherwise the message becomes too long 🤨 Additionally, the cost price per square meter is not transparent in comparison to the other plots. Ultimately, we decided against the purchase.

22 Aug 2025As a potential buyer, it is very difficult to get a viewing. I was not called back about this initially, as promised. Had to call again myself and then they said they were fully booked. Ultimately, through contact with the homeowners (who were very surprised by the way Snoek makelaars operates), we were still able to get an appointment that had to be rescheduled on the day of the viewing due to “an important appointment”. I was already done with this realtor and now even more so. We are letting this property pass us by with great reluctance. I would not entrust the sale of my home to this firm if I lived near Oosterwolde.

The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.

Date unknownOn Monday we bought a house, on Tuesday afternoon we called Marrit and she made sure that Jan came to our home on Wednesday. Due to the short lines at Hofstee, our house was already photographed for sale by Friday. After approval from our side regarding the photos, the video, and the accompanying text, our house was already placed on Funda for the following weekend. Having had multiple viewings in a week, we saw the bids on Monday. We are convinced that Jan's open and pleasant attitude during the viewings and Marrit's always alert and attentive attitude at the office ensured that we were able to sell our house to great satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, we were kept informed of developments: after the viewings, we were called to let us know how it had gone and what the expectations were. If we had a question, we could always contact Marrit and Jan, both by phone and email. We are very happy that we went with Hofstee and will recommend them to everyone who wants to sell their house.

After the buyer indicated that they wanted to buy the house, we actually heard nothing more from the real estate agent. Later it turned out that the prepared contract did not comply with the regulations and the buyer's notary had to deal with this.

16 Oct 2024Looking for a personal, expert real estate agent who ensures a smooth process? Look no further! De Linde Makelaar was the real estate agent of the selling party, not our own agent. But we haven't seen such a dramatically bad real estate agent before. And since we have bought houses several times, we’ve seen quite a bit. We experienced De Linde Makelaar as: - Impersonal: De Linde Makelaar was not present at the property viewing, nor at any other time (such as during the transfer of ownership or inspection). - Inaccurate: information on Funda was incorrect (deviating VVE costs); incorrect names were repeatedly listed in official documents; corrections were rarely implemented in one go. - Unreliable: response times and call appointments were not kept. - Unskilled: due to poor guidance of the selling party, we had to postpone the agreed-upon delivery by two weeks at the last moment. - Inflexible: De Linde acted very inflexibly during the period between the agreed transfer of ownership and the (delayed by them) delivery date. The result was a lot of frustration, annoyance, delay and extra costs. Out of sheer desperation, we contacted the sellers directly. They turned out to be, in contrast to the real estate agent, particularly accessible, flexible and cooperative. We now have a beautiful home. But in the process leading up to it, De Linde Makelaar caused us sleepless nights. We advise everyone who wants to buy or sell a property to go with another real estate agent. Or otherwise not take an agent.

04 Nov 2022For the purchase of a home I was looking for a real estate agent and that's how I ended up with Astrid. How happy I was with her! So careful and thorough in the viewings we did together. No corner was overlooked, the smallest things were noticed. Mostly just to let me know that it existed so I could take it into account, but sometimes also with the message that she didn't quite trust something. In that case, she would immediately investigate everything thoroughly and inquire with professionals when necessary (regarding possible mold). It was incredibly nice walking through a house with her where I could mainly focus on my feeling about the house and I had her to look critically and thoroughly. Also in all steps from the moment I found a beautiful home until the transfer, she was incredibly pleasant. The negotiation, reviewing all documents, alert and sharp and again thorough in everything around the transfer. And above all, she is a very pleasant and nice person to go through this process with! Astrid, thank you so much!

We ourselves also didn't have another house in sight yet, but luckily Astrid had a property that fit perfectly into our street. A cozy little house with views of the farmland. Our house was also sold quickly. Mrs. Benedictus is a skilled, nice lady and it was great to work with her!
