13 Jul 2024You can expect a realistic view of the housing market and practical advice from Jannie Keizer and her colleagues. Like a tiger, Jannie strives to get the best out of a sale. The nice thing is that there are no barriers to asking or submitting anything to Jannie or the employees. A downside was that some appointments, such as callbacks, sometimes got lost in translation, but it was also a hectic time, because our house was sold within 14 days.

15 Jun 2025As one of the first people called on Friday to view a property that wasn't even listed on Funda yet. The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.

06 Jul 2020Terrible realtor. We've been trying to view a property for 7 weeks, but this realtor doesn't seem willing to sell. 5 times! I was told I would be called back but they 'forgot'. Very poor communication and ignores interested parties, leading to lower bids being accepted. I would rather give my house away than sell it with Ramkema, and prefer to sleep under a bridge than buy one from them.

06 Jul 2018Lovely village office. Picking up keys for a viewing isn't a problem, just see when you bring it back. I like that. They also handle your banking very customer-focused here. If you have a question, you will be helped properly, even if they come to you to explain everything. Old-fashioned good and not like the other current banks, if there is even an office nearby!
