Therefore, the sales process could sometimes be quite complex. That required extra effort from us as well as the real estate agent. Date unknownRegarding project 'Beautiful Noordwolde', I cannot describe their approach any differently than: - Unreliable; - Misleading; - Careless; - Sloppy; - Slow. Withholds information and lies, for example, about the large garden. Gardens that border on the ditch / main waterway come out very unfavorably. From the ditch goes 5 m of garden away. Half, then. You are expected to pay for these meters including the meters of the talus against a cost price of build-ready land. You only pay €42000,- for land that you have to maintain and with which you cannot do anything and may not even put up a fence. In our first conversation, we specifically asked how many meters would go from the garden. His answer: takes into account about 2 meters. You can place a few mobile planters there. Okay, that is still acceptable for us. When we wanted to buy the house (subject to financing), we received additional documents and of course the purchase contract. From this it became clear that we had been misled. It was a conscious choice not to provide all documents in advance. They play on your emotions and make clever use of them. When we confronted him with this, he lied about everything. This explains why so many interested parties drop out. This is just one argument. The rest I will leave aside otherwise the message becomes too long 🤨 Additionally, the cost price per square meter is not transparent in comparison to the other plots. 22 Aug 2025As a potential buyer, it is very difficult to get a viewing. I was not called back about this initially, as promised. Had to call again myself and then they said they were fully booked. Ultimately, through contact with the homeowners (who were very surprised by the way Snoek makelaars operates), we were still able to get an appointment that had to be rescheduled on the day of the viewing due to “an important appointment”. I was already done with this realtor and now even more so. We are letting this property pass us by with great reluctance. I would not entrust the sale of my home to this firm if I lived near Oosterwolde.

What none of the real estate agents achieved in a then very difficult market, was for this agent an exercise with success. Honest, realistic, connecting where the possibilities lay, and: everyone happy. I am still indebted to him for this review, I'm zero when it comes to digital affairs and social media, which led to postponement after postponement. But it kept haunting me; the debt I owed Snoek, namely a well-deserved (!) good review. Here it is then: Snoek delivers what others cannot, he keeps his appointment, and knows how to balance in everyone's favor. An honest business! Therefore; I would do it again without hesitation. Good luck further Snoek and greetings from us: Robin, the Buijze family, formerly Oldeberkoop, now Rotterdam...

22 Jun 2025As one of the first people called on Friday to view a property that wasn't even listed on Funda yet. The exact possibilities for viewing were not yet known and we would be called back on Tuesday after the long Pentecost weekend. Meanwhile, it is now a week later on Friday and we have not been called back. We had to call ourselves. A decision has been made for 2 viewing days. The first one is full and the second we cannot attend due to work. And that's what you have to deal with. A slightly customer-oriented real estate agent would, in consultation with the seller, create an extra moment for us because they have been lax themselves. The housing market is so good that they really don't care at all. Look, there will be a bad period in the housing market again sometime and then these kinds of things will not be forgotten. Absolutely not recommended. You don't want a real estate agent like that.

Minus: Foundation text not very strong, had to adapt it considerably ourselves. Communication with the realtor almost always indirect (via front office). After the actual sale, there was virtually complete radio silence and it turns out the realtor no longer works at Frysk!

09 Oct 2024A traumatic experience. Our house was overpriced, after many price adjustments it still wasn't sold after a year. The market declined at that time (2022) and as a result we lowered the original asking price by €10,000 ourselves instead of the price mentioned by Frysk. Questions were not answered or only answered after calling multiple times. Without consultation, an equivalent house was placed on funda by Frysk for €15,000 less in the street behind ours. After our own (successful) attempts to sell the house, we were thwarted and after one email, the sales contract was simply terminated by Frysk without a normal conversation. Sold with another real estate agent after 1 week. I would not recommend anyone to sell a house here, terrible experience left.

Gives a clear picture of the Frisian housing market, but also that there is definitely interest from buyers outside this province in a Frisian home. In addition, a full service package at a fixed price. This way you know as a seller exactly what remains when the house is sold. Definitely recommended when you want to sell your house, but also when you want to buy a property -in Friesland-!

Due to the short lines at Hofstee, our house was already photographed for sale by Friday. Questions are answered quickly and adequately, if the answer is not immediately available, it will be investigated and the answer will still come very quickly. In short, service-oriented (extra viewings are no problem, nor taking measurements etc), good knowledge of the market in Beetsterzwaag and surrounding area and also very practical. We were pleasantly surprised 👍🏻
