Once bought a house from HVMS. The real estate agent pleased us better than other selling agents. Therefore, 8 years later, we decided to also engage HVMS for the sale of the same house. Well-deserved 1 star for appalling customer service. 5 messages sent via email and funda with a question about a commercial property. Literally 0% response. If only a yes or no had been answered, you wouldn't have received this 1 star. You were already warned, because I retracted a previous 1-star review, as you did respond to that one... All in all, this won't be retracted and I am very disappointed, because I made considerable effort to get in contact. Furthermore, you could have earned thousands of euros from me if I had been able to rent that particular property temporarily. Apparently not enough income for a response. Peak realtor arrogance, that’s how it feels. And 1 star, this feels like!

Because they hadn't shown up for 10 minutes, I called them to hear that they had left the apartment 10 minutes ago (at the same time we had an appointment for a viewing). I tried to schedule a new viewing, but they arranged one. Then they called me an hour before the viewing to say that the apartment had been sold. I asked if they would send me an email with the complaint... but guess what... they didn't send it. I wouldn't recommend this real estate agency!
