If only a yes or no had been answered, you wouldn't have received this 1 star. You were already warned, because I retracted a previous 1-star review, as you did respond to that one... All in all, this won't be retracted and I am very disappointed, because I made considerable effort to get in contact. Furthermore, you could have earned thousands of euros from me if I had been able to rent that particular property temporarily. Apparently not enough income for a response. Peak realtor arrogance, that’s how it feels. And 1 star, this feels like!

They acted unprofessionally with a scheduled appointment. They told me I had to come to the building at a certain time (apartment viewing) because they were only 10 meters on site. I called them to hear that they had left the apartment 10 meters ago (the same time we had a viewing appointment). I tried to schedule a new viewing and they organized it, and then called me 1 hour before the viewing to say that the apartment had been sold. I asked them to send me an email for complaints... but guess what... they didn't send one. I would not recommend this agency!
