Had very good contact with the broker himself. Otherwise, things didn't always run smoothly in the office; sometimes we didn't quite understand each other so well.

In the current market, houses are selling quickly. In my opinion, the real estate agent doesn't need to put in a lot of effort to sell the property. But.. furthermore, professional guidance and a pleasant way of guiding a house through the sales process is also an art, and Makelaardij Renger masters that. Price is good, not the cheapest. Only quality deserves a price.

Unfortunately, I must share my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experience with a female employee of ERA Makelaardij RENGER. My experience with this realtor was absolutely not positive, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. To begin with, the realtor made a basic mistake by incorrectly noting my email address. As a result, I did not receive important information in time, which led to confusion and missed opportunities. But that was just the beginning of my problems. During the viewing of the property, promises were made that were not kept afterwards. The realtor seemed very enthusiastic and indicated that certain modifications to the house were possible. However, when I later raised these issues, I was confronted with evasive answers and ambiguity. It felt as if my concerns were not taken seriously. The most disappointing thing was the lack of transparency and honesty from the realtor. During an attempt to discuss my personal details, the realtor seemed reluctant and even hostile. This is in contrast to the basic principles of customer service and professional conduct. What really shocked me was the moment when I expressed my concerns about the miscommunication and the promises that were not fulfilled. The realtor's reaction was shocking. Instead of taking my concerns seriously and trying to rectify the situation, I was told it didn’t matter because they already had a buyer for the house. This is evidence of a complete lack of respect for potential customers and their needs. I feel frustrated and cheated by my interactions with ERA Makelaardij Renger. The combination of incorrect information, broken promises, unprofessional behavior, and ignoring my concerns has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I sincerely hope that other potential buyers read this review and make informed decisions before entering into an agreement with this realtor. My advice: be cautious and ensure you choose a reliable and ethical realtor who takes your interests seriously.
The real estate agent was very knowledgeable about the market and this helped us to generate a lot of interest for the property. Furthermore, there is a great deal of expertise at the real estate agency regarding contracts and all the necessary documentation. Of course, many houses sell themselves in the current housing market, but that doesn't deter Renger from still putting time and effort into the sales process.
