Excellent real estate agent with a good understanding of the market and their needs! I have now met this realtor professionally three times, cannot recommend them to everyone.

Unprofessional, before a property appeared on Funda, I received a message from my real estate agent that the Kleine Geer in Haalderen was coming onto the market. I had requested a viewing with Frans Knorth Makelaar, who told me that the property would appear on Funda a week later and that I would be called as the 1st person. Now 2 weeks later, I see that there has already been a viewing day, without informing me. Worthless and very unprofessional to protect the seller's interests in this way.

Unfortunately, I have reacted to a property twice where there was no response from ST real estate agents. When I call, it is incredibly busy and it can take longer than the stated 3 working days before I receive a message. However, unfortunately after 2.5 weeks, still no message.. Now I am calling again and the viewings have already passed, once again without a message… Very sloppy and frustrating!

Pleasant contact. Appointments were kept. Considerations back and forth were clearly expressed so that there was never any noise on the line.

We were also interested in the investment property Daalseweg in Nijmegen, unfortunately called three times and we were supposed to receive a call back. That simply didn't happen. And that for 3 weeks now. Now I suddenly read that the property is under offer. So bad for the seller if they don't give other interested parties a chance.

We were interested in an investment property at Daalseweg 328-330 in Nijmegen. The real estate agency does not act in the seller's interests with regard to this property. Called to arrange a viewing. Answer: not possible and there is even already a waiting list, but that one is full too. Briefly 'it wouldn’t have been worth making my interest known'. I can understand that at a certain point the agenda is full, but it came as a surprise that I was also not allowed to make an offer without a viewing. They would not process these. While every real estate agent is obliged to discuss all bids with the selling party. As an investor, I don't necessarily need a viewing either; obtaining the corresponding documentation and data is sufficient to make an offer. However, in case we just leave the whole story now, but if we talk about the seller’s interests.. something goes wrong here.

Very unfortunate, we had found a nice house in Wijchen but couldn't get the appraisal approved because it wasn't the current housing value. The house was put on the market for a much higher price. Nothing has been done to the house for 35 years! Nicely and politely asked if something could be done with the price. Everything else was already arranged for us. Nowadays, it’s only about the ‘highest bidder’ but not about someone's situation or first-time buyers who want to buy a home. How can starters ever afford anything at a normal price? I do want to say that Ben Janssen is a nice realtor and he at least chats with visitors who come to view the house. There should be more realtors like that. Open and friendly and not just looking who has bid the highest.
