DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. The student house I lived in was not maintained, it wasn't fire-safe and the walls were full of mold. Contacting the contact person was almost impossible. When I call the company, a callback request is passed on, but the callback never happens. Currently, I am about to take action against the consumer association/press/judge. I am still waiting for my deposit of .- and for the settlement of the service costs that I paid monthly. Again: do NOT rent from this company.

They don't answer the phone or their communication isn't persistent. I can’t get in touch with the person responsible for my apartment. The office says they will give the agent a note so they can call me back, but that never happens. Tried every day for a week.

I can only confirm all the negative reviews here. This real estate agent seems to have absolutely no interest in actually renting out their offices. I've been trying to rent an office space for more than two months now, but each time I was brushed off with a vague answer. A callback? Forget about it, they simply don't do that. When I asked if the office was still available, I was told that it was free and that I would be called back (which of course didn't happen). After even more phone calls, it suddenly turns out that all offices are rented for six months to victims of a fire – while the same office space is still listed online as available. It seems like they don't even want to rent out the offices and are just stringing you along. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent, definitely skip DK Makelaars. There are plenty of better options in Arnhem.

This realtor has the dubious honor of receiving my first review ever. For some time now I've been trying to get in touch to schedule a viewing. Three times I receive the response 'the colleague who handles this is not available at the moment, he will contact you'. In the meantime, six weeks have passed. It seems to me that when you have a property for sale, you also want to facilitate the sale properly. Based on my own experience and the other experiences shared, this realtor is missing significant opportunities and there is (plenty) room for improvement. As a selling party, I would definitely pass this realtor by. There are plenty of better alternatives in the Arnhem region.

After waiting three weeks for a response to the email and having called several times, still no reaction received. A bad situation. I do not recommend it.
