Initially, Linda seemed like a nice girl, but she proved to be very unskilled and unprofessional when things got more difficult. The buyers appealed for termination, but didn't provide the correct documents. She put pressure on us to terminate, while there is a penalty clause in the agreement. She seemed primarily concerned with the interests of the buyers she knew. She seemed offended that we did not accept the termination, after which the purchase still took place. She had no trouble collecting her commission. Communication was also very difficult. Ultimately, she even entered our house with the buyers to carry out the inspection without consulting or informing us. Gross errors in the agreement, poor communication and advice that were not in our interest. Very unprofessional and unskilled. Caused a lot of stress, while you hire a real estate agent to relieve you... Not recommended!
