Mijn ervaring met Joosten was helaas negatief. Hij was onprofessioneel in de omgang met biedingen, noemde sommige biedingen belachelijk en zei dat ze tijd zouden verspillen. Ook was hij niet eerlijk over de situatie van het huis en de stand van zaken. Tijdens een hypotheekgesprek leek het alsof je veel kon lenen, maar bij het uitbrengen van een bod kwamen er ineens andere verhalen. Het voelde vooral alsof hij mensen wilde overhalen een bod te doen waar ze later spijt van krijgen. Ik zou niemand aanraden met hem in zee te gaan.
