WoonSchuijt Real Estate sold our house in Zevenbergen from May to August 2025. Daniel and Richard made a whole series of mistakes during this period, particularly regarding the specifications of our home on Funda and their own websites. As a result, our house could not be found when searching based on certain criteria such as garden size. All errors were discovered by us, some only after several weeks. Additionally, the telephone system at WoonSchuijt Real Estate worked only half the time during the entire sales period. Not necessarily WoonSchuijt's fault, but certainly influential on the selling opportunities. All these shortcomings have been acknowledged by WoonSchuijt, yet they downplayed their impact. Apart from mentioned errors, this real estate agent was very casual about the terms in our service agreement. For instance, they put one of our buyer’s houses up for sale before we had signed a preliminary purchase agreement for ours, without formally informing us. Finally, Daniel did not consider it necessary to inform us that he has known the buyers of our home for years. By not being fully transparent about this, we will always wonder to what extent WoonSchuijt Real Estate actually acted in our best interests. Would we enter into a relationship with WoonSchuijt again knowing what we know now? Absolutely not.

Very bad experience with these real estate agents. After we sent a request for viewing, we got an appointment. Upon arrival at the agreed time, no one opened the door. When we called, real estate agent Daniel van de Woestijne didn't even pick up. We called the company and they told us that the house was already sold!!! They assured us that they had sent a letter about the cancelled appointment, but they were just lying! After we asked them to send us a screenshot of the sent letter, they simply blocked us! We wasted our time, so we also had to cancel the order. As for the house hunting experience: everyone first looks at the house and then makes an offer, and here they just sell it. Very unprofessional, not recommended at all!!!!! Avoid such real estate agents from a distance! Especially with so many bad reviews, how do they still work...

What a disappointing service from this real estate agent. After the viewing, I was told that I had a week to make an offer. Already after 2 days I was called: the interested party after me immediately made a serious offer. If you are then told that the sellers are considering the offer, and I get the impression from the realtor that I no longer need to make an offer, do you believe that? Afterwards it turned out that the sellers were waiting for my offer and eventually agreed with that one bid (below the asking price). Nepotism from the real estate agent, disappointing but above all unprofessional. Daniel, I hope you are more honest and genuine towards your clients in the future. You won't see me back at yours.

Poor service, unfriendly to customers. Called early in the morning to schedule a viewing for a property that had just been posted on the website. Promised to be called back twice. This did not happen, repeatedly having to call them back, eventually receiving a standard email stating that the viewings are full. You don't want to buy a house through this real estate agent if it proceeds in such a manner.

I could write a whole book about this but I'll keep it short. House bought through here. I hope I never have to deal with them again. From day 1, they let a girl who isn't even a realtor lead around a large house in a high price range, she couldn't answer any of our questions, this and another 100 things that went wrong, poor communication, no respect, and I’m left with a very bad feeling about the entire Woonschuijt team with Name Albert, who is totally not honest or genuine. What should have been a celebration at the handover was ruined in one fell swoop. Relieved that I never have to speak to them again.
