Poor service.

Very bad experience with these real estate agents. After sending a request to view the property, we received an appointment. Upon arrival at the agreed time, no one opened the door. When we called them, realtor Daniel van de Woestijne didn't even answer the phone. We called the company, and they told us that the house had already been sold!!! They assured us they would send us a letter about the cancelled appointment, but they were just lying! After asking for a screenshot of the sent letter to be sent, they have now blocked us! We wasted our time, so we also have jobs. As far as the home search experience is concerned, everyone first looks at the house and then makes an offer, and here they simply sell the house. Very unprofessional, not recommended!!!!! Avoid such real estate agents from afar! Especially with many bad reviews, how they still operate…

The realtor and their team are expert and very helpful. They are almost always available for questions or comments. A good solution was setting up a group app to quickly exchange information and keep everyone updated.

What a disappointing service from this real estate agent. After the viewing, I was told that I had a week to make an offer. Already after 2 days I was called: the interested party after me immediately made a serious offer. If you are then told that the sellers are considering the offer, and I get the impression from the realtor that I no longer need to make an offer, do you believe that? Afterwards it turned out that the sellers were waiting for my offer and eventually agreed with that one bid (below the asking price). Nepotism from the real estate agent, disappointing but above all unprofessional. Daniel, I hope you are more honest and genuine towards your clients in the future. You won't see me back at yours.

Poor service, unfriendly to customers. Called early in the morning to schedule a viewing for a property that had just been posted on the website. Promised to be called back twice. This did not happen, repeatedly having to call them back, eventually receiving a standard email stating that the viewings are full. You don't want to buy a house through this real estate agent if it proceeds in such a manner.

Full understanding for Corona rules/restrictions etc., only very unfortunate when something is promised; you are called back, and after a week you hear nothing, I really wonder if this is isolated. #dontsayit

Property sold quickly and professionally in a no-nonsense manner

I could write a whole book about this but I'll keep it short. House bought through here. I hope I never have to deal with them again. From day 1, they let a girl who isn't even a realtor lead around a large house in a high price range, she couldn't answer any of our questions, this and another 100 things that went wrong, poor communication, no respect, and I’m left with a very bad feeling about the entire Woonschuijt team with Name Albert, who is totally not honest or genuine. What should have been a celebration at the handover was ruined in one fell swoop. Relieved that I never have to speak to them again.
