Wij hebben een hele fijne ervaring gehad met Woonschuijt in Zevenbergen. Vanaf het eerste contact voelde het professioneel maar ook persoonlijk. Goed makelaarskantoor, fijn contact en heldere afspraken. Heeft mijn huis verkocht en de begeleiding was van het moment van kennismaken tot en met de verkoop van mijn woning goed.

WoonSchuijt Makelaars heeft in periode mei t/m augustus 2025 ons huis in Zevenbergen verkocht. Daniël en Richard hebben daarbij een hele reeks fouten gemaakt, met name in de weergave van de specificaties van ons huis op funda en de eigen websites. Daardoor kon ons huis niet worden gevonden bij het zoeken op bepaalde op criteria, zoals bijvoorbeeld tuingrootte. Alle fouten zijn door onszelf ontdekt, sommige pas na enkele weken. Daarnaast werkte dedurende de gehele verkoopperiode het telefoonsysteem van WoonSchuijt Makelaars maar de helft van de tijd. Uiteraard niet per se de schuld van WoonSchuijt, maar wel degelijk van invloed op de verkoopkansen. Al deze tekortkomingen zijn door WoonSchuijt erkend, maar tegelijk hebben de heren de invloed ervan gebagatelliseerd. Naast genoemde fouten is deze makelaar wel erg 'soepeltjes' omgesprongen met de voorwaarden in de dienstverleningsovereenkomst die er tussen ons bestaat. Zo nam men, zonder ons daarvan formeel op de hoogte te stellen, het huis van een van de kopers van onze woning al in de verkoop voordat wij de voorlopige koopovereenkomst van ons huis hadden ondertekend. Tenslotte vond Daniël het niet nodig om ons te laten weten dat hij de kopers van onze woning reeds jaren kende. Juist door hier niet direct en volledig transparant over te zijn, zullen wij ons altijd af blijven vragen in hoeverre het nu daadwerkelijk onze belangen waren die WoonSchuijt Makelaars heeft behartigd. Zouden wij, wetende wat we nu weten, opnieuw met WoonSchuijt in zee gaan? Absoluut niet.

Poor service.

Zeer slechte ervaring met deze makelaars. Nadat we een verzoek tot bezichtiging hadden gestuurd, kregen we een afspraak. Bij aankomst op de afgesproken tijd deed er niemand open. Toen we belden, nam makelaar Daniel van de Woestijne niet eens op. We belden naar het bedrijf en ze vertelden ons dat het huis al verkocht was!!! Ze verzekerden ons dat ze een brief hadden gestuurd over de geannuleerde afspraak, maar ze logen gewoon! Nadat we hadden gevraagd om een screenshot van de verzonden brief te sturen, blokkeerden ze ons gewoon! We hebben onze tijd verspild, dus hebben we ook nog eens opdrachten. Wat betreft huizenjachtervaring: iedereen bekijkt eerst het huis en doet dan een bod, en hier verkopen ze het gewoon. Zeer onprofessioneel, geen aanrader!!!!! Vermijd zulke makelaars van een afstandje! Vooral met zoveel slechte recensies, hoe ze nog steeds werken...

What a disappointing service from this real estate agent. After the viewing, I was told that I had a week to make an offer. Already after 2 days I was called: the interested party after me immediately made a serious offer. If you are then told that the sellers are considering the offer, and I get the impression from the realtor that I no longer need to make an offer, do you believe that? Afterwards it turned out that the sellers were waiting for my offer and eventually agreed with that one bid (below the asking price). Nepotism from the real estate agent, disappointing but above all unprofessional. Daniel, I hope you are more honest and genuine towards your clients in the future. You won't see me back at yours.

Poor service, unfriendly to customers. Called early in the morning to schedule a viewing for a property that had just been posted on the website. Promised to be called back twice. This did not happen, repeatedly having to call them back, eventually receiving a standard email stating that the viewings are full. You don't want to buy a house through this real estate agent if it proceeds in such a manner.

I could write a whole book about this but I'll keep it short. House bought through here. I hope I never have to deal with them again. From day 1, they let a girl who isn't even a realtor lead around a large house in a high price range, she couldn't answer any of our questions, this and another 100 things that went wrong, poor communication, no respect, and I’m left with a very bad feeling about the entire Woonschuijt team with Name Albert, who is totally not honest or genuine. What should have been a celebration at the handover was ruined in one fell swoop. Relieved that I never have to speak to them again.
