Anouk, a real woman. Her interest is only money. This company is so bad. They can't arrange anything and are rude and arrogant. Especially Anouk. She was almost never available. Never reachable. Received many problems with the purchased house. The old residents left a lot of bulky waste behind, which apparently wasn't normal (in containers) and much more. The next morning we were already called, the process was explained neatly and binding agreements were made directly. The appraisal was carried out neatly at a good price.
