This sale was very emotional for me and I wanted a real estate agent who would completely take care of everything and not ask the top price for it all. Both Rob and Sandra were very empathetic and took almost everything out of my hands. I experienced it as a very pleasant experience. You thought you bought the property at Waterkant 10 last week. Well, then you'll be seriously disappointed by the sellers and Taams real estate agent. After a verbal agreement and acceptance of our offer, real estate agent Taams is drafting the purchase agreement to sign shortly. We, as buyers, were naturally incredibly happy and told everyone that we had a new home. Then on Monday, the sale is abandoned due to a slightly higher bid. What's a verbal agreement worth these days? Why does the real estate agent choose to support this approach? Where is the humanity and respect?
