An appointment was made for a viewing of a small canal house. Upon arrival, there was no check to see who had or did not have an appointment during an 'open day'. At least 10 people were inside..the most annoying thing was especially the present sales staff. She unfortunately wasn't provided with any information or aware of anything. The only answer was 'uhmmm'. Or 'I don't know that'. Not helpful, unfortunately. Subsequently participated in the bidding process, where the difference can make a difference as to which conditions you have and/or if you still want to add something by letter. I had this last one, the letter. I was called with the result after the closing of the bidding and it turns out that the sales staff member did not forward this letter to the seller..and a decision had already been made. The only male employee or owner? definitely gets credit, well spoken to and provided with a lot of information by phone. I think you give your interns too much responsibility that they can't handle and that more guidance and/or control should take place. Success!
