Working with Airto , Dutch Broker was a pleasure .His market expertise, right on point , communication and attention to detail are over and beyond , and most important his honest advice that gave us confidence. He is proactive , prompt reply and he solved quickly every issue and answered our questions.If you want someone that you feel is there in your corner he is the one- always patient , always on our side. In eerste instantie was ik best huiverig om een makelaar in de arm te nemen. Je vraagt je toch af of het echt nodig is en of het de investering waard is. Achteraf kan ik alleen maar zeggen dat ik ontzettend blij ben dat ik voor Airto heb gekozen. Vanaf het eerste contact werd alles duidelijk uitgelegd en voelde het proces vertrouwd. Airto schakelt snel, denkt mee en neemt veel zorgen uit handen. Dankzij zijn begeleiding heb ik mijn woning in ’t Zand kunnen aankopen op een manier die prettig en overzichtelijk voelde. Wat ik vooral fijn vond, was de rust gedurende het hele traject. Je merkt dat hij ervaring heeft en precies weet welke stappen nodig zijn. Uiteindelijk ben ik zeer tevreden en zou ik Airto zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die twijfelt om een makelaar in te schakelen.
Via een vriendin van mij ben ik uiteindelijk bij Airto terechtgekomen voor de aankoop van mijn woning. Wat mij vooral opviel, is dat hij het proces heel gestructureerd aanpakt en precies weet wanneer je moet doorpakken en wanneer je juist even geduld moet hebben. Tijdens de zoektocht heeft hij me goed geholpen om kritisch te blijven kijken, waardoor ik niet overhaast beslissingen heb genomen. Toen we uiteindelijk de juiste woning in de pijp vonden, zat hij er bovenop en heeft hij het onderhandelingsproces strak begeleid. Ik ben uiteindelijk erg blij met de deal die we hebben gesloten. De prijs voelt gewoon goed in verhouding tot de woning en de markt, en dat geeft achteraf veel rust. Al met al een fijne ervaring en een partij die ik zeker opnieuw zou inschakelen.

Airto heeft het hele aankoopproces in Purmerend echt gemakkelijk gemaakt. Hij denkt actief mee, reageert snel en zorgt dat alles netjes geregeld wordt met de taxateur, notaris en andere partijen. Dankzij de korte lijnen en de hulp van zijn hypotheekadviseur Sewak voelde alles overzichtelijk en ontspannen. Uiteindelijk ben ik erg blij met de woning en de prijs die we hebben kunnen realiseren. Absoluut een aanrader.
Het was een ontzettend prettig proces met Airto. Hij schakelt snel en kent precies de juiste partijen. Ik ben zeer tevreden met de prijs die ik heb betaald voor mijn woning in Koog aan de Zaan. Alles verliep vlot en zonder gedoe, waardoor het hele traject een stuk rustiger aanvoelde en vooral zonder stress. Zeker een makelaar die ik kan aanbevelen.
Mijn ervaring met Dutchbroker en Airto als makelaar is gewoon top. Vanaf het begin had ik het gevoel dat hij echt wist waar hij het over had. Hij schakelt snel, denkt goed mee en is duidelijk in zijn communicatie. Daarnaast is hij altijd goed bereikbaar, zelfs in de avonden en weekenden, wat echt een groot pluspunt is. Uiteindelijk heb ik via hem een fantastische woning gekocht in Amsterdam-Zuid, en nog voor een hele sterke prijs ook. Zonder zijn inzet en onderhandeling was dat nooit gelukt. Al met al super tevreden en zeker een aanrader.

What amazed the most is the proactivity and the approach that was " we want the best for our clients...always". I never felt rushed or pushed to bid to close a deal. I found my "forever-home" within 2-3 weeks. It would have been much more complicated without Airto helping me from the start until the notary :)
