Very unethical platform. They would reopen the bid if the owner still wants a higher bid. Bidding on a house that I liked was reopened 4 times.

Stay informed about the bidding process. There is an end time. That will be extended. The clock that had expired will start running again. It will not be extended further if you say something about it via chat.

No clean experience with the bidding. The bidding period was until 8 PM and in the online platform, right before our eyes, it was extended twice by about fifteen minutes each time. Without prior announcement and the end time for bidding was 8 PM. We then dropped out but people continued to bid. Housing shortage makes people dependent in these kinds of situations. Really not clean this platform. Actually bordering on unacceptable behavior. Also be aware that as a buyer you pay the brokerage fee directly to this real estate agent. The seller pays nothing. Don't do business with them, even as a seller you don't want this.

Quite a dramatic experience. You can't offer the same as another on this platform. Otherwise, I would have a house now. Winning a bid on Conditions is therefore unfortunately not possible.
