We ended up with Woonland Makelaars through our mortgage advisor from Univé. A nice bonus of this collaboration was the special brokerage fee, because we also arranged our mortgage through Univé. Although Woonland hadn't yet sold houses in Rotterdam Zuid, the team's knowledge and experience immediately gave us confidence that they were the right partner for selling our house — and that turned out to be completely correct.
