Standard price + 10% extra commission above a certain selling price. They don't do anything extra for it. Judge for yourself whether to sell your home here. If you want to keep an extra penny, compare various real estate agents and make a fixed price agreement.

Useless real estate agent, during the viewing of a property for sale, offered the same evening. The next day agreement received that the house was sold to us (confirmed by email and phone) and we could move in. The same day the mortgage broker and appraiser were engaged. Afterwards received an email to upload documents, this was done immediately. Also received a callback that the purchase agreement would be made. Only the following morning, less than 12 hours after submitting the documents, we were called that the house would still be sold to someone else. Useless and no words for it. And that calls itself number 1 of Almelo.

House bought from this real estate agent with many hidden defects. They quickly made themselves scarce with the message that I had to make a case out of it, i.e., a lawsuit. They also know that almost no one does that because of the costs. Costs for hidden defects were approx. €4500,-. Very disappointing and unreliable. House with a for sale sign from Kamphuis? ... drive on!

The number 1 real estate agent of Almelo!!? We have contacted up to three times for an appointment for a house on the Krommendijk and we were seriously interested in that house. Real estate agent never could speak about that house and we keep not hearing anything about a possible appointment, every time an excuse. Now it turns out that the house is sold under reserve?? Communication and transparency also belong to this profession, I think. So very disappointed in this one, for us Kamphuis real estate is certainly not a recommendation.
