As a purchasing party, we were in contact. Flexible in scheduling appointments with pleasant and helpful people. After an initial offer, we were asked about the sale of our own home with the statement that there were equally interested parties and that our choice of a sales broker was therefore taken into account/directed in communication to the selling party. That really can't be done. In doing so, you disadvantage the selling party and, in my opinion, are engaging in blackmail. We ignored this proposal and are fortunately soon owners of the property.
