There's been so much positive written about this broker. But I was seriously misled by this broker because he didn't know what he was selling. In May, I saw things were going wrong and wanted to put the purchase for sale. Because that was still possible then. But I was told that I was dealing with a reliable party. I’m closely afraid that they don’t know what a reliable party is there. Because the case has been badly messed up, and that's putting it mildly. And you should be happy that the receptionist wanted to make an appointment because in my case, my sales broker had to get involved, and then she came with a rambling story too. So I take those positive reviews with a grain of salt.

My experience with this real estate agent: Wanted to put our house on the market far too low, or sell it quickly. The house was indeed sold within 3 days. Afterwards, we heard from a tax advisor that we had paid a VERY HIGH amount of realtor fees. We were scandalously ripped off, therefore. Probably uses different rates, especially with people who are not familiar with this subject matter. Very unreliable! All those strikingly positive reviews seem clearly done by family and acquaintances
