Ons gezin zocht een tijdelijke woning voor vijf maanden tijdens de verbouwing van onze nieuw aangekochte woning. Klinkt simpel, toch? Nou, niet bij InterImmo. Ik dacht dat ik gewoon een huurcontract zou ondertekenen en de huur in één keer zou betalen en klaar, maar ik was blijkbaar onbedoeld auditie aan het doen voor een rol in een Kafkaësk toneelstuk. Lees en huiver... 1️⃣ Vooruitbetaling van vijf maanden huur? Nee meneer, eerst een inkomenscheck doen en jaarrekeningen van de laatste drie jaar van mijn bedrijf. Volkomen logisch natuurlijk, want iemand die in één keer de volledige huur wil betalen, is verdacht. 2️⃣ Alle gegevens keurig aangeleverd bij InterImmo via mijn assistent. Maar toen belde Floris haar; de Sherlock Holmes van de makelaardij. Hij voelde iets. Een slecht voorgevoel. Over mijn jaarrekening. Over mijn salaris. Misschien ook over mijn sterrenbeeld. Boogschutter? Sorry meneer, we doen alleen zaken met Vissen en Stieren. Conclusie: afwijzing op basis van een onderbuikgevoel. 3️⃣ Vakantiestress! Bellen vanuit Zuid-Afrika voor uitleg, want waarom moeten we in godsnaam door deze bureaucratische hindernisbaan? Oh, wacht – natuurlijk, bureaucratie is tenslotte een way of life bij InterImmo. Het enige dat soepel loopt, is hun vermogen om moeilijk te doen. 4️⃣ Afspraken maken voor de sleutel? Vergeet het maar. Jij past je maar aan en komt midden op de dag op een moment zij dat wensen. Klantenservice met de elegantie van een deurwaarder met een slecht humeur. 5️⃣ Huurders? Die worden behandeld als lastige vliegen in de kamer. Misinformatie, communicatie per decreet en een verhuurder die door InterImmo wordt wijsgemaakt dat hij alles wat zo voelt op de borg mag inhouden. Juridische grondslag? Oh, wacht, InterImmo werkt op basis van "ik voel het zo aan". 📢 Conclusie: InterImmo is onnodig ingewikkeld, klantonvriendelijk en met de empathie van een verkeersdrempel. Ik prijs mezelf gelukkig met een eigen woning – maar voor wie echt afhankelijk is van deze circusact? Mijn oprechte medeleven.

We had a viewing scheduled for an apartment in Amsterdam. It was a complete waste of time. The floor plan they posted did not match reality & the measurement report. The floor plan included a small garden that wasn't yours, when we confronted the realtor he said it should have been taken from Funda and the moving account, when he got home it was still on the Funda listing & moving account. We felt like we came under false pretenses, we think you should just be transparent and it is certainly not fair to the owner, since it was a beautiful apartment apart from the problem with the garden that wasn't yours. We would not have scheduled the viewing if we had known beforehand that the little garden didn’t belong to the property.
