Mr. Buurman purchased a car from us and traded in his own vehicle. During the inspection, it appeared that the control arms of his trade-in vehicle were due for replacement. After consultation and with his agreement, we had these works carried out. The arrangement was that Mr. Buurman would pay the costs for this. To date, however, we have not received any payment. Despite multiple reminders via WhatsApp and repeated assurances from his side, further response remains absent. We are sorry that it has come to this, but feel compelled to share this. We prefer a neat solution, but you unfortunately leave us no other choice in this way. We request you to please pay us.

We had made an offer on a garage box. The communication was not entirely clear and as desired. After an earlier review on Google, the company called us asking if we wanted to adjust it and why we placed the relevant review. Mr. immediately stated that a negative review damages his business; we believe you are better off being honest about how you experienced it. I will also adjust the review somewhat, to make you and the company aware of how we experienced the contact with Buurman Makelaardij. Buurman Makelaardij can also see this as an area for service improvement / feedback. They did not keep us well informed about what the seller thought of our offer, and we had to wait for that. In the meantime, it turned out that the broker had already scheduled other appointments with many higher bids. Mr. could have told us this earlier, but let us wait and postponed it. According to Buurman Makelaardij, the seller seriously considered it and still chose higher bids. That's fine, that’s also the seller’s choice.
