Er was altijd contact als wij het wilden. We werden snel teruggebeld. Vooral de secretaresses of het personeel wat ons te woord stond tijdens het bellen waren zeeer correct en altijd vriendelijk, ook na een paar jaar eindeloos zoeken of vergeetachtigheid van onze kant. Na het melden van onze namen wisten ze precies wie ze 'voor' zich hadden. De makelaars zelf waren ook correct in het persoonlijke contact. Beschaafd en netjes. En zeer eerlijk. Er werd geen informatie achter gehou…

Het contact met Jeroen verliep goed. Hij heeft ons van begin tot eind goed geholpen met de juiste aanpak. Er was snel interesse en we hebben ons huis in korte tijd verkocht. We zouden Jeroen zeker weer nemen als makelaar!

Het contact is laagdrempelig. Accuraat. Ook een heel vriendelijke administratieve ondersteuning afdeling. Soms zelfs in het weekend of na sluitingstijd. Wij hebben lang gezocht naar een passend ander huis. We hebben naast Marloes Leemkuil ook met Frank bezichtigingen gedaan. Ook hij is een prettig werkende makelaar. Eén van de assistentes heeft zelfs met eigen gemaakte foto's ons huis op Facebook gezet om toch zo veel mogelijk aandacht te trekken.

Hendriks was our purchasing agent. Initially, I noticed enthusiasm, really thought we would be helped. But we take a purchasing agent in the arm because we know too little about Apeldoorn, about the condition (does a house meet the standards of this time) of a house, to prevent us (over 60s) from sitting too high on a pink cloud. And so with facts comes. It may be a house with a heat pump, but the conditions for a heat pump are not met. Stronger, now that we live there, we find out that the extension from 2011 (no building plans, may have been built in Apeldoorn without a building permit at that time (unknown to us)) has floor heating where the pipes are 15 to 20 cm apart. That does not draw the heat pump and there is no radiator (in fact nowhere in the lower floor) in this room. However, there is a wood stove. We now have to burn it all day long with code red (what are we doing to the environment). Also, the heat pump is on the extension. What we now find out is that this has no concrete roof but wood. So it functions as a soundbox and we now enjoy the TRRRRRILLLLLLINGEN for days. We are more than six tons poorer and completely in the shit. Scandalous that older houses are just handed out like sweet bread. That real estate agents (both purchasing and selling) make sure that this comes with high prices. This house had an energy label C. This house costs a ton more than our previous house (energy label A++) and now have four walls with a roof where a heat pump is installed that does not provide enough warmth and two wood stoves that actually should not be used due to almost every day code red. Also, the house has been technically inspected, but these things do not come to light. Four and a half tons would have been very neat for this house. But according to the purchasing agent, no one is underbidding in this neighborhood. ??????? I think we should knock on 'MAX helps' door. Do not take a purchasing agent. Do not do a technical inspection. Use your common sense and investigate the condition of the house yourself before buying. January 22, 2025: what makes it even worse is the cold weather. In the kitchen, it does not get warmer than 14 degrees. 'In the morning when getting up, the temperature is even lower there. The Daikin outdoor unit from 2022 is frozen and does not defrost itself. This should be fixed. RAMP, RAMP, RAMP December 2025: do not buy a house from 1930 that has not been properly renovated and is for sale at a high price. It is not good without getting moisture. However, let the extension be renovated/insulated, but adjustments for ventilation are not financially feasible.

Bad experience, especially with Marloes, she comes to your home with nice promises, if the house doesn't sell quickly she leaves it behind, no longer answers the phone, ignores callback requests just like apps. In the office there is also someone who has to choose 4 out of the 38 photos for the eye-catcher on Funda, what does this person choose, whose profession it is to promote your house? A photo of a general outdoor space and the toilet door???? After my phone call about this I get a discussion about that taste of beautiful photos is debatable. My house was rented out for a period and the tenant cooperated neatly with viewings, when he received a phone call about it. Hendriks doesn't care about that either, they just go inside. You are not kept informed via impersonal email about how the viewing went. Meanwhile, you are bound by a contract where the conditions have changed on their part, namely that they do their best to sell your house. I still want to give a compliment to Twan who also works there, he does his best and found the situation unpleasant. And afterwards you get a hefty bill for the sale, which was not the merit of Hendriks real estate agency. People, think before you hire them.
