Silently, €17.95 is debited every month. No house received at all. Cancelling is also not clearly explained on the website. Now an email has been sent. Let's see if the money collectors wake up. Type of chatbot in my experience
Recently rented a property through WBA, the process went very smoothly and they offer excellent service.
2 years ago, they handled the rental of my apartment; they arranged everything and I didn't have to do much myself, and I want to thank them for the pleasant collaboration, big thumbs up
Bad company, poor and inappropriate communication. Strange way of working here. Furthermore, very and excessively expensive, stay far away.
Had a few viewings, everything is financially in order. Responded to several rooms and received no answer. I don't consider this good business contact. I find that they communicate far too slowly and also do not provide you with a contract for a room. Luckily already found a room elsewhere and no more hassle from Wba.
I had to pay to find out if a property was even still available. That was okay, but after receiving no other offers and the 3rd automatic payment, I cancelled it.
As a landlord, I have been very satisfied with the services of WBA for many years!
