We met Koos from Muneris real estate during a viewing as the selling agent. Neat, courteous, honest and we were impressed by his knowledge of the property, the complete brochure, the time he took for us. We didn't buy that property but immediately decided that if we put our house up for sale, we would choose Koos. That’s how it went, a nice person, no fuss, skilled and careful. So we have experienced him in two roles and we don't like those quick guys with bluff and sweet talk, Koos is the opposite. Top collaboration with him, we will definitely choose Koos again next time.

Enthusiastically signed up for a nice house, we immediately entered our preferred date and time on the website after 1 day, which was also open for viewing. We received a response that our viewing had been scheduled for another time, which was not possible for us due to our irregular working hours, as we had indicated. Subsequently, an unpleasant reaction that nothing could be changed and that we were removed from the list, what a turn-off.. Customer-oriented and customer-friendly ws. never heard of. We will no longer do business with Van Dijk Real Estate in Waarde.

During our house search, we ended up at one of the houses that Sandra had for sale. We had already heard from people in the area that the contact was very personal and generally only positive experiences. This certainly proved to be true when we came for the viewing of the house where we now live. Sandra takes time for the viewing, from a thorough tour to still having a conversation around the table to discuss how we found it. Compared to other experiences with other real estate agents, this was very good and pleasant. Time is taken for you and you can ask all the questions you want. It's not just a quick tour and then leaving. Also, during the period before we could have the transfer, we could always contact her if necessary, which was also very nice. The contact was personal even during the ‘business’ conversations. It was simply pleasant, personal, and nice. We would definitely choose Sandra again if it should be necessary.

About 2.5 months ago, I contacted Sandra to ask if she could assist us with the purchase of a specific property in the municipality of Reimerswaal. However, we were already at such an advanced stage that Sandra indicated it would no longer make sense to engage her as a buyer's agent. Already sold and bought a house through this real estate agent. Very professional and very satisfied. Always open and clear and nothing is too much to ask.

I advise everyone to avoid this Agnesie, after the contract ends they ask to be paid for something that is their fault, and they are very rude and discourteous. If you want to save your nerves and your wallet, avoid them.

A Housing Coach found a fantastic apartment for us in The Hague. My review is limited to the Housing Coach office in The Hague, as I have never used any other branch of Housing Coach before. We loved it and rented it for five years. Unfortunately, I can only give one star because they treated us so badly when we moved out. Please ask for an inspection report signed by you and a representative from Housing Coach at the time of leaving a Housing Coach apartment. This is really important. We were unaware of this, as we are expats in The Hague and were not familiar with Dutch rental laws. Our real estate agent was very aware of our expat status and it seems he took advantage of that situation. Not only did we lose our deposit of more than 2000 euros, but we also had to pay Housing Coach an additional 700 euros for repairs to the apartment. We agreed with the Housing Coach real estate agent that we would pay for repainting the walls and removing the anti-slip coating, but not for the rest. He claimed he was very honest, but that he had determined his own honesty and that there had never been any discussion about it with us. Instead of trying to reach an agreement, he threatened to send a bailiff to our employer to make us pay the remaining balance after we paid the agreed-upon half which we found reasonable. He never sent us proof that he had started legal proceedings against us. Was it just scare tactics? We don't know. So please ask for an inspection report before the inspection to protect yourselves and prevent such disputes.

The agent had excellent local market knowledge and fully took care of us throughout the sales process.

Well helped. Attentive staff. Perfect costs. House for sale for a good four months. That was slightly longer than I had expected. Ultimately sold well. Handled properly. Very kind realtor and delicious champagne to conclude and celebrate the successful sale.
