The house was sold for the price that was set, so that was good in the end. Also satisfied with the price advice, this really did fit the market. However, the service was not what it should be. First we accepted an offer without conditions. Then it turned out there were conditions attached after all, but it was definitely going to come through within the 6 weeks set. Very pleasant experience with Kindt + Biesbroeck: fixed contact point, quick switching (not only during office hours - but also when there were urgent matters at other times contact was possible, which shows client involvement!), personal service. I called this office more than 10 days ago to ask for contact. It was promised that someone would call back, but I never heard anything. My colleague also tried to call, but got no response either. It is particularly unfortunate that a real estate office wanting to sell properties is barely reachable. The lady at the reception was furthermore not helpful and seemed not to know how to deal with customers. Instead of listening, she tried to turn the situation around, which only made the conversation more frustrating. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against doing business with this office. You are better off selling your property yourself – the chance that you get results faster seems greater to me. The score of 3.5 stars actually says enough: apparently I am not the only one with this experience.

A good guidance, good contact and good explanation to our questions that we had. We could always call if we had questions to the office. Also, the video showing how the house and surroundings looked for the presentation was a good aid.
