The real estate agent sold us a house with a potentially lethal defect (a leaking smoke gas pipe, which leaks deadly carbon monoxide). After our building inspector determined this leak, they were unwilling to repair it. This agency is therefore knowingly pushing the boundaries of the law with possibly dangerous consequences.
