We hebben Accolade Makelaars als zeer prettig en deskundig ervaren. Max heeft heel veel kennis van de markt, mede omdat zijn moeder zijn voorganger was in het runnen van het bedrijf. In de bezichtigingen heeft Max ons leren kennen en gericht advies kunnen geven, bijvoorbeeld of een straat/huis wel of niet bij ons past. Ook in de technische zaken hebben we veel aan Max gehad. Tel daarbij op het prettige contact en wij kunnen alleen maar 5 sterren geven!

No transparent way of doing business! We had offered the asking price for a house that had been for sale for 2 months. Offered the asking price, no conditions, direct down payment and delivery virtually immediate, meaning we were the perfect and only candidate. Suddenly there was another party and it would go through registration, well okay fine we thought. A few days later we are called that it is no longer going through registration and they are re-negotiating with the other party. The house is now sold for exactly the asking price! A game was played here by the real estate agent and we never had a fair chance.

The contact was very good, if there was something I would walk into the office and everyone present at that time knew how to answer the questions. If I called and asked for something, I received an answer or was quickly called back.
