Trumpian style estate broker, recommend to avoid. Has a different view on standards and integrity. Watched with increasing astonishment at the attempts to impose risky conditions where there was a high chance of losing 10% of the purchase price. Without contract knowledge, having a buyer's agent is essential here. It is also inappropriate to rate your own 'performance' with 5 stars on the Google rating. Demonstrably incorrect status information was placed on the Funda site. Rancor probably played a role in this. 17 months for sale at a relatively low price per square meter is not an impressive achievement either.

We couldn't have done better than choosing Vlieg as our Real Estate Agency and Mr. Bart Admiraal in particular. Selling a house isn’t something you do often. As a preview, we first put the house on Huispedia to see if there would be any interest in our house at all, and then subsequently put the house on Funda. There were a few interested parties but not the right people for this project: part of it was still casco and could be renovated according to individual needs. The right people weren’t among those interested. Subsequently, we asked a well-known Real Estate Agency to put our house up for sale but after a visit, we were advised against selling our house in this condition; this broker didn't accept 'casco' houses for sale and therefore didn't see the potential of our house, especially not in relation to the price we had in mind. By chance, we got into contact with Mr. Bart Admiraal from Vlieg Real Estate Agency, who immediately started working on this special project with great enthusiasm and reassured us that our house in this condition was definitely easy to sell. The communication with Mr. Admiraal was excellent and pleasant, with radiating positivity; he took plenty of time to discuss the details of the sale with us; he was also always available for questions. The sale of our house became a huge success. We received a very nice price and all worries were completely taken out of our hands. We feel that we have more than earned back the percentage for the brokerage fees we paid. We are leaving here with a good feeling and are proud of the fact that we built the house this way and are happy to be able to hand over the baton for the remaining work to the right people. This is one of the worst real estate agents from the municipality of Bergen for anyone who ever wants to have their house put up for sale or buy or rent a house from these agents, be careful, they are sly; they rip you off while you stand there. In addition, we rent a house from Vlieg Makelaar for €1975 per month with our 7-month-old baby, and every time it rains, we have to use buckets and mops. We have a non-working central heating system and try to heat our house with the stove and oven and a bunch of candles. We've called and sent emails, and they simply do nothing about it, and if you get angry, they just hang up on you.
