Real estate agents are fine. They think along well and know the market very well. They keep to their agreements. But the back office is a drama. Sloppy, slow and incomplete. They say they will put our house on social media and don't do it, we have to call them 3 times to receive a blank list of items, send incorrect payment reminders... mistakes can happen but this is structural. I think that because of this, we didn't get the optimal price for our house.

Terrible! It's a seller's market, I get it. If you don't sell to me, then the next person. But keeping a buyer informed of their bid in negotiation seems like the least bit of service. Even that they can’t manage. Had to keep contacting them myself to ask how things stood. Very bad service and quite arrogant too to treat your customers this way.
