We started our search in Amsterdam with PUUR makelaars and immediately had very good contact with Jeroen there. Super friendly and helpful, we felt instantly at ease. But when we suddenly came across a house in Bloemendaal that we absolutely fell in love with, everything changed. And that's how we ended up with Claire. And honestly... we couldn't have wished for a better real estate agent! Claire is so involved, professional, kind and especially very good at what she does. She was truly always available! Whether it was early in the morning or late at night, we could always reach her with our questions. And there were quite a few of those, haha. Even with things that didn't directly concern her, such as questions about the mortgage, building inspection, or the notary, she thought along and helped us further immediately. In the beginning, everything seemed to be going pretty smoothly with the bidding process, but that quickly changed when other interested parties suddenly appeared. It ultimately became mega exciting and we really had to coordinate a lot to get everything done. Without Claire, this house simply wouldn't have happened. She helped us through it so well, with calmness, overview and a lot of effort. And when it was finally time and we signed, she made that a special moment too. So fun and personal. We really appreciated that! We are incredibly grateful to her and can truly recommend her to everyone. If we ever need a real estate agent again in the future, then it is 100% certain that we will do so through PUUR again. We are truly thankful to you. What a top team!

Pure real estate agents acting as the selling agent for a property. During a viewing with Cisca Jansen, barely any time to view the house. Already looking at her watch beforehand and stating that she had little time because of her next appointment. That was apparently more important than giving me some time. She checked in every room whether I was keeping up with her. That felt anything but pleasant. Afterwards, she quickly drove away in a large SUV on her way to her next appointment. Puur would benefit from less showboating.

We knew that finding a house in Bloemendaal was going to be difficult. What we didn't know is that it's quite difficult to make a good choice when there are options. Ciska helped us enormously with this learning process and she didn't shy away from sharing her vision. Due to her clear and transparent approach, she was very credible and honest for us. We trusted 100% that she would properly represent our interests (without harming those of others). The office also showed that they are very alert and ‘on the ball’, even when things get exciting. All in all, very professionally done and we had a very pleasant collaboration.

Preparation was excellent and based on outstanding detailed knowledge of the local housing market, communication was always clear and very fast. This led to a quick sale with an excellent result. We highly recommend Puur for buying or selling a home.

Professional and friendly way of working. They take plenty of time and keep appointments, if you need them they respond quickly. They bundle as many viewings as possible in a half-day. They are steadfast and truly there for you as a seller.

If I could give zero stars, I would have. THIS IS A WARNING not to use Puur. Puur was our sales broker but Puur’s real client was the buyer, who is an important client of Puur. The facts: 1. Buyer of our house is a regularly returning customer of Puur. 2. Buyer had no purchasing broker. What a coincidence. 3. The second bid from the buyer came out exactly to the euro cent halfway between our minimum price and our desired price, but well below the asking price. Again what a coincidence. 4. After we verbally agreed on a price, all pending viewings were immediately cancelled by Puur with the message that 'the house is sold'. This was before we had the contract at home and still not signed, and was not the agreement with Puur, who later said that the viewings were cancelled because the buyer requested it. But that is precisely our complaint: as a sales broker, Puur must do what we, as sellers, ask, and not what the buyer asks. 5. Puur does not deny the above facts. We will really NEVER recommend anyone to go to Puur. Italian conditions...

We had PUUR as our buying agent. Wendy Veldhuis, who handled our case, helped us tremendously. Because we had specific wishes but not a very large budget, she really looked closely at what the possibilities were during each viewing and whether it was financially feasible for us. It really felt like added value when she came along. In addition, she negotiated a very good price for us, which we were of course extra happy about! The team in the office is also always particularly friendly and efficient. Emails are responded to quickly and appointments are scheduled quickly. In short, a very pleasant experience with PUUR, if we ever sell our house again, we will definitely go back.
