Unfortunately, Rental Rotterdam is not clear about the locations of viewings and open houses; you don't receive instructions as to where you need to be. Furthermore, they are very difficult to reach. If you are somewhere at your appointment time but no one sees you, and you can’t get through on the phone, that's it for you. Forget about it, because there are 100 others like you anyway. That's really how they treat you.
