What a nice real estate office! They have helped, advised, supported and reacted very quickly to messages from the beginning. Scheduling viewings was done at times that were pleasant for us, it's very nice that they took that into account. Can't say anything else but that it's absolutely a recommendation!

I asked whether Mrs. Van de Wetering could be the right real estate agent for the sale of my apartment, so as to have one person who knew all the ins & outs of my property that they could then pass on to interested parties. In addition, it was nice that she knew who had viewed the property and had an image of everyone, without (possibly) transferring from one colleague to another.

Excellent broker who is expert and takes the time

I cannot recommend this company. We placed a bid on a house and our bid was accepted by email. We started making preparations for the purchase of the house and then we received an email after a week that our bid was no longer valid because they had made a higher bid - do not officially accept one bid if you are not going to stick to it, because it is not a small deal. Or at least tell the buyers that you are going to make more offers, even if one bid has already been accepted on price. It's not a nice feeling when you’re already happy that you’ve found the house of your dreams and your bid has been accepted and then you start preparing the paperwork, only to get an email saying you’re out.
